Friendly welcome, spacious room, warm, great location, good facilities. Comfy, clean bed.
No wine glasses. Had to keep blinds down as windows are big and look directly into properties opposite.

Location was great and apartment was really good for our family of 4
Didnt have a drying rack, couldn't leave luggage early without charge and no parking or place to pull in to drop luggage off. Non of this was huge problem at all, just things to consider. I know they would have provided a drying rack if i contact them earlier.

Great location, very spacious, fantastic beds, very hot shower. Nicely decorated.
A little sparse, a few things needed repairs such as bathroom tap, a loud alarm beeped once or twice not sure what that was, also water in main bathroom not warm enough for a bath, towels had a few small rust stains. Small things only.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was verything we needed.
We couldn't have the windows open at night because of the noise from the bars.

- Great Location. Views across the city centre.
- Friendly staff at check in. We were even upgraded to a bigger top floor apartment.
- The facilities were brilliant. Everything you would need, even down to a washing machine. Perfect if you're staying a few days.
- The bed was comfortable.
- The shower was hot and powerful.
- The balcony was lovely to have.
- Even though the bed was comfortable the pillows were very flat and the duvet too thick.
- No Aircon in the bedrooms and due to being close to bars you couldn't have the windows open for ventilation.
- Some areas of decor were looking a little tired and needed a bit of a touch up. The living room had wallpaper coming off the wall and some paint in the communal areas was chipped away.
- 2 chairs in the living area had cigarette burns.

First, I would like to thank all staff members for supporting and interacting, especially Mr. Omar and the sisters who saw her in the reception. I like the location; it's excellent; it's near the center, malls, and markets. Also, they provide a clean room every 5 or 6 days and a washer and clothes machines, and the space is good and also there is a kitchen.
Sometimes you smell the cooking smells of the restaurants downstairs.

I didn't like the street it was scary ,the apartment its very tiny nothing like the pictures ,the sleep sofa was horrible. I don't think they washed the towels at all; they smelt bad ,they were dirty and there was a sign in the bathroom saying to conserve water and something about the towels not being washed if used once and were dirty on arrival. The apartment was full of bugs and flies. It was also surrounded by a bunch of bars open until 2 am and it is very difficult to get any sleep, the kids were complaining about the noise, in the morning the people came to clean the streets at 6am that resulted in more noise and 4 hours of sleeping kids were cranky i lost my morning tour ,I contacted the manager and he never called back or replied to my messages when I reacted out. I found it very unprofessional. If you have kids try to avoid it there are better options.

Well located, lots of cafes and restaurants. Also close to Shudehill bus station. Double glazed windows were effective, though the blinds were hung with a large gap to the window so let in a lot of light. Bed was comfortable.
The rooms were very small, no room for bags. The main bathroom shower was over a very deep bath, with no handrails - a hazard for older people. No info re how to use the appliances, particularly the washing machine. It would have been helpful to have a couple of hooks in each bathroom. The heating came on and went off at random times. It felt as though everything was done on the cheap.
