Very clean secure and comfortable and great location
Bedroom was right night to heating/aircon units on building next door so was a bit loud but we weren't staying for long so not a problem for us

The location is really good, surrounded by bars and restaurants and less than 5 mins walk to shopping. There is some noise but totally expected by such a local location.
Could do with little bits of repairs, cupboard doers done quite sit right, not battery cover on the remote.
Mattresses on the single beds are very very soft but fine for 1 night.
Needed pillow for the sofa bed, too late to ask by the time we noticed.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and very accommodating which made our stay with 2 kids very comfortable. Apartment was clean and tidy and in a great lively area. Staff were very hands on if anything was required and the building was very safe at all times. Would definitely stay here again!
The apartment could provide more kitchen facilities to cook and especially dishwashing and washing up items. Fans were missing from the room which made it a bit difficult to stay during the heat wave.

Room looked reasonable and was reasonably clean upon check in.
When we first checked in I went to use the bathroom sink and it was clear the drain was blocked as water instantly filled up and didnt drain which would mean the staff must have known about this problem after the last guests checked out, also the toilet was broken and didnt stop flushing once you press the button and the kitchen bin hadnt been taken out so was full of rubbish from a previous guest. Due to complaining about these problems we were switched to the apartment above but then we found that the TV is broken in our new apartment and the new bed was extremely uncomfortable, the staff came to look at the TV and agreed it was faulty but said they couldnt move us again. From this experience it seems the Quay Apartments has a problem with building maintenance as it wasnt just a one off problem with facilities. The location of the apartment means that the road below was extremely noisy during the day and night due to bars etc, however, the biggest problem was the massive amount of noise from 6-7am all through the morning even on a Sunday which essentially prevented us from sleeping peacefully past this time and it sounded like it was right outside our window from both the 1st and 2nd floor. The apartment is also advertised as having sound proofing but this didnt seem to be true as we could easily hear noise from other rooms and the corridors.

king-size bed, mini coffee table, two sofa chairs, smart screen tv. the apartment also has a dining table and two stools. the kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee table, and full-size fridge freezer. the kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. we provide cutlery, pots and pans, dinner plates, and a coffee machine with costa coffee pods. the wc has a standing shower to save space along with a heated towel rail.
