it was not what we expected at all
we booked in at the restaurant it wasn’t booked when we went down then we booked early taxi it wasn’t booked so we was late to the airport it’s not what I expected and I stay at PremierInn regular but I’ve never had one as unorganised as this one I would like a refund as the noise above was terrible too and I booked breakfast as it said serving from 4 but there said 6 so I’m waiting for that money to be refunded too

Good sized room & comfort beds.
We had a family room for 2 teenagers, myself & my husband. We were given 1 towel to share between the 4 of us. When I mentioned this on check out I was advised this could have been resolved if I'd came to reception & requested more. Due to the time of arrival (1.15am) u didn't want to cause more disturbance by going back to reception to query, however, I would expect multiple towels to be provided in a family room as standard.

The rooms were excellent very clean very comfortable, staff were great. Lovely meal that evening and they arranged a taxi to the airport the next morning

The property was only about a 5 minutes drive from the airport and the room we were given had a huge bathroom and a double bed each.
The tv was very small and you couldn’t change the volume on it, where our room was situated was right next to some sort of entrance or “drop off” for lorries which made it quite noisy.

the property was lovely and clean, extremely friendly staff
There was a long wait for hot breakfast items and it was taking a while to restock but the staff did amazing
