The staff were so friendly and polite. They resolved an issue that we had straight away and sorted it efficiently.
The location isn’t ideal. It’s right next to a main road so there’s the constant flow of traffic meaning loud car noises throughout the night. The guests in the room directly above us had no consideration for other people and were laughing/ talking from 3am onwards making it hard to sleep. Overall, this isn’t a great place to stay if you’re a light sleeper as you will not get much sleep.

Staff were great and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and my son and I were upgraded from a double to a double and a single.
There was a bit of mould in the corners of the windows of the bathroom, but not excessive.

The surrounding environment outside the hotel was not clean. I know that it's not the responsibility of the hotel to clean it but they can report to the council.

Size of the room. Location and the staff.
There was no lift, and I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The windows did not close properly, allowing cold drafts and traffic noise from the road, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the kettle was not usable, as it altered the taste of the water and produced an unpleasant smell.

Spacious room but everything else was bad, and tiny toilet my legs hit the sink some sort of design flaw
When I left and I came back same evening my door was left open by staff, I had expensive equipment as it was for work like my laptop anything could have been stolen thank godwit wasn’t but door was left open and visibly at that.

Nice comfortable bed, quiet room, thanks for the heater, it was warm enough, room had tea and coffee and even red bull if you need some energy.
No lifts, a lot of stairs to carry your luggage, no lamp for the table to have some comfy light in the evening, the shower was quite poor, and the smell wasn't nice in the corridor. TV wasn't working, unfortunately.
