Great value for a Saturday night in Manchester. Bus stop outside the hotel only an easy 10 minute journey from city centre.

It was a great pleasure to stay in Parkview Residence. Staff, location, room facilities, heating, and cleanliness were all excellent. It's great value for money. Staff are very courteous, polite, and cooperative, especially Mr. Amir served me extremely well and was a great help. A unique thing was the very active reception service. Reception and hotel staff service was available 24 hours and was extremely cooperative. There is very ample street parking just outside the hotel. I will stay in this hotel when I visit Manchester again.

The accommodation is in a very good location, so overall we had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly, however the room itself unfortunately left something to be desired.
The wardrobe was quite unstable, and the The wardrobe was quite unstable, and the bathroom felt old and in need of renovation. The towel holder fell off the wall, and the window would not close properly, which made the room cold. There was also a slightly unpleasant smell in the room. Reception staff were lovely
Cigarette smell everywhere, apart from inside our room. Room came with two complimentary water bottles, of which one was empty. Mold and dust in the bathroom. Broken lamp and bathroom door. Location was 50 minutes walk from the city centre. Traffic noise throughout the night.

I was checking in early morning 1am and it was effortless no issues, very friendly staff, room was really spacious , basic but just what I needed for the price, really good value
The only thing was the shower had very little power so took twice as long washing my hair, most likely more of a issue for ladies.

Had a view of the Manchester skyline from our view.
They could have had more pillows (only 1 pillow per person)
We forgot to bring our own bodywash. So would have preferred if the shower soap dispenser had been refilled ahead of time as there wasn’t much.

The toilet basin, towels and kettle were clean.
The area is dirty, run down and unsafe.
Some of the other residences were drug addicts, that preceded to ask for cigarettes.
The shower did not work..
The communal areas are filthy, including a heavily stained matress on a landing area.
It smelt of drains.
The pillow was stained, there were fresh stains on the wall above the bed.
There was a roll of tin foil under the matress from previous drug users staying here.
There was no where to hang clothes.
Avoid at all costs, this place is horrendous!!
I was also promised a refund due to reporting the issues and no working shower.
The owner is no longer responding to any form of communication.
This room did not remotely resemble the images shown.
I also question weather the score on here is from illegitimate reviews by the owners as no one could possibly enjoy a stay here.
