Room was ready for check in
Tv didn’t work kept asking us to scan for channels, we asked 2 times and was told it was being replaced. 3rd time we was told they couldn’t replace the tv but upgraded the room. Bed was very uncomfortable in both rooms one pillow. Light also didn’t work in the room - wasn’t a major issue, side lamps in the room.

Disappointing
Not much really, the building was safe and secure as you needed your room key card to enter the building.
The hotel smelt like sewers. Couldn't watch the TV as it asked you had to scan for channels. The rooms toilet was down another hallway. Paint drops were all over the room, no fire procedures in the room, could find any in the hallway. Bed was uncomfortable, only 1 pillow.

Disappointing
It was clise to city centre.
No lift to all floors, the rugs dirty, the 3rd floor door too narrow and it was not value for money

One of the staff was quite friendly but the others were not bad particularly but don’t care that much.
The room and toilet sinks were thick with the smell of cigarette smoke. In the bedroom, a red blanket was stained with a strange, dried white substance that resembled semen. The odor was so overpowering that I used the blanket to cover myself. As I rolled my hands over it, I noticed the dry coating more clearly
looking just like semen. The sight and smell completely repulsed me.
