The hotel itself is good — clean, well-maintained, conveniently located near the city center, and offers a decent breakfast
My two-night stay at the hotel can be divided into two parts. On the first night, we were accommodated in a room that was fully adapted for guests with disabilities, especially the bathroom. The following day, we were moved to a standard room. It is worth noting that no one apologized for the inconvenience, nor were we informed in advance that no standard rooms were available

Opposite the property did not look too good. Although easy enough for uber to get in and out. The bed sheet we had was torn, however bed was comfortable. Pool was a hit with my son but it wasn’t very warm.

The room theme was a nice color scheme, I liked the city view, and the room was clean.
There were no hotel slippers in the room to make me feel comfortable in the room, so I had to wear shoes all the time, and there was also no plate or appetizer in the room.

The reception staff were very helpful. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Location very close to Victoria train station and also free bus to Piccadilly train station only a 5 minute walk or so. Got the free number 2 bus from outside Piccadilly to Victoria station then approx 5 minute walk to hotel

All the staff members were so helpful and the hotel was clean & comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of food. Location is perfect for the AO Arena.
I could not fault the hotel. We have rebooked for our next concert.

Beds were comfy
We had to ask to for supplies in bathroom as they were empty on arrival.
I had a poor night sleep due to the smoke detector alarm flashing all night, when I informed reception in the morning she did not seem to care! Breakfast was not great poor selection as they said they were catering for a lot of people!!

It was clean and had friendly staff
The upgraded room was a joke. Very small, had to ask for the dressing gown and water. Limited tea and coffee. Why not include water and a couple of Kit Kats etc in the fridge? The snack shop is very expensive. The Wi-Fi is also not premium, it’s the same throughout the hotel!
