Great position for visit to the Arena & it wasvrty clean.
The room wasn't warm & there were only 2 pillows for our double bed.

Room excellent but quite small, pillows, very soft but no additional pillows for use if needed and room expensive however, I appreciate it is a city centre hotel so all in all, 10 out of 10.

It was nicely decorated, clean, breakfast had a good selection.
Asked for a vanity pack to be brought to the room ( as requested via the qr code in the room) which never arrived no hand wash or lotion in the bottles on the wall, didn't bother asking for some since the vanity pack didn't materialise either, room was cold at times but most disappointing was that the steam room was closed for refurb and wasn't mentioned anywhere prior to arrival.

Great location, very central and close to many restaurants and the mall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. The small shop in the hotel was also great for everyday items and snacks.
The food in the main restaurant can definitely be improved. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were not done well, the mushrooms were not cooked, the fries were cold. Also there were glasses outside guests rooms that were not picked up. I had 6 empty glasses from the previous guest outside my room that were not removed for the entire 3 days i was there, even though housekeeping had come to clean my room everyday.

Had an upgrade, new look is clean and modern. Staff were great.
Only a very small thing, shower gel and shampoo empty on arrival and were not filled during my stay, I did mention it to reception, but they never got filled. (If I had to be picky).
