I always stay at the radisson hotel more by location and pool for my toddler
This time I had a bad experience when I arrived shortly after check-in we went to our room and was given a disabled room and with another door in the other room connected to mine. I went to the reception and were super friendly and changed the room to the family member the normal one I always stay in; the next day the bathroom sink was locked I asked for help and saw that the problem was bigger and asked me to change rooms again, due to the bad smell and water from the sink, there I changed rooms again. On my last day of stay someone cleaning my room door at 9am saying they wanted to clean up, I said it was impossible because we were still in the room and had just woken up and that my checkout was only at 12pm and an unnecessary disturbance , I expect compensation from the hotel after so many ups and downs.

I liked the food and the comfort of the bedrooms and if you needed anything there was always someone to help you and the pool was very warm and nice. The sauna was nice and relaxing

Lovely staff at reception
The electricity went in our room, staff were incredibly helpful sorting the problem and sorted a new room when the problem couldn’t be fixed.
Beds very comfortable
Unfortunately a cleaner entered our room at 830, which woke us up after a late night room change.
We decided to set off early, as we were up.
However getting the lift down was problematic, as the cleaning staff were in the lifts with their carts.
