Looks nice, everything good. The pool was nice.
The towel rail was in the wrong place in the bathroom. There are currently no male changing rooms at the spa due to a refurb. (We went June 2025). I don't like having 2 singles pushed together, prefer a double bed.

Nice clean room central Manchester with handy parking across the road.
Breakfast was awful, waited 30 mins scrambled eggs and bacon, no cutlery, flys in the jam not covered.

Location was great for the AO Arena, very clean, lovely swimming pool , friendly staff.
The tea/coffee didn't get filled up had to ask for more, didn't get any thought they would of had some behind reception instead of having to rely on housekeeping to bring some up, , asked again which we received..

We had an excellent stay and was lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a suite which excelled our expectations. Pleasant staff, efficient service, clean hotel and in a great location for the arena.
Replenishing of cooked breakfast items was extremely slow.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. We especially liked Woody, he was very friendly and funny.
Food was really good.
Great selection for breakfast as well.
Room was very clean. Big room and bathroom.
Car parking was really easy. £13 for 24 hours is really good value for city centre.
Only one pillow each on the bed. Would have been nice to have had a spare. Probably could have got one from reception but i dont like being a fuss.
The time i checked in, it was busy downstairs, so I didn't want to annoy them with something trivial.
Not a major issue, but the hotel room doors do slam loud so you can hear neighbours come and go if you're a light sleeper.

We liked the staff everyone was so helpfull the pool area was well cleaned the room was perfect and we got a free upgrade at reception as we were on our honeymoon which we thought was a phenomenal gesture from the staff also the fact that we had discounted parking and were a stones throw away from the city centre the whole weekend was excelkent thank you Radisson

Great location,lovely clean very modern hotel with great facilities,my daughter loved the pool area.Nice comfortable bed,staff very friendly and a nice breakfast.
Our 2nd day there we got up for breakfast it was extremely busy in the restaurant,we had to wait for a table,then there was no milk for cereal so asked and waited a good 5-10 minutes for it to come.Went to get a cooked breakfast there was no bacon,eggs or hash browns ready,waited a good 15-20 minutes for it to arrive,then there was no cutlery s o then had to wait for that and i went to make toast and there was no bread so had to wait again! Very disappointed on the fact that there was lots of things we had to wait for as on our first day's stay it was fine! They were very busy so I understand that but knowing how busy they were with lots of guests they should have kept cooking and replenishing things regulary.
