It was clean and spacious.
It’s another hotel which proudly talks up its facilities to make your room as comfortable as possible. However, it’s part of the growing issue of hotels in the UK taking measures to manage the usefulness of the AC in your room. There’s one massive window which soaks up the sun for most of the day, but doesn’t open. The air conditioner spits out a tiny flow of air which is barely cool. We had a dreadful night’s sleep, despite maintenance popping up to the room to apparently fix it but it achieved nothing. Really disappointed.

Location to the AO arena and the hotel decor and style was very modern.
The air con did not work and there was no window that opened ( even partially) Apart from that the hotel was good.

Absolutely loved our stay, staff were so friendly. receptionist so sorry can't remember her name with dark hair had a pink hat on as we were staying to go thd kylie minogue concert at ao arena. she was so welcoming explained was for my mums birthday and gave us a free upgrade room and a complimentary drink which just was lovely and then a pink hat and sunglasses to take to the concert. bar staff waiting staff were all fantastic.
