Hotel very clean and modern. Well situated for the Palace theatre. Bedroom good size and comfortable. Nice bar area. Staff very helpful.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Couldn't get a coffee from the bar, when we returned from the theatre as there was an issue.

The check-in process was way to slow and once we checked in, the receptionist didn’t direct us to the right building so we went to the top floor to find ourselves that that room doesn’t exist.

Good location, decent value
There were no spare pillows and not a lot of toilet roll for a room that sleeps two or three people, also I checked in as a woman travelling alone and the worker at the front desk said my full room number out loud in a lobby full of people which made me feel a little bit unsafe.

The property was very clean, and the staff was amazing. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, and even late at night it felt safe to walk around. I was traveling with kids, and it made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. I would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it.

It was really good when it was novotel it's definitely gone down now no facilities in the room tea / coffee breakfast shocking. Value for money no .Will not be stopping there again

The location was ideal, the room and the whole place seemed brand new and was perfectly clean, spotless. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Pasquale in particular made a huge impact on the experience, and the ladies at the reception were very friendly and professional too, and Scott during Karaoke night was amazing.
Nothing could have been better. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location very close to city centre and metro link stop staff re really friendly the room was excellent I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a night Away
