Location was great, close proximity to plenty of bars, restaurants and cafe’s.
Booking.com listing and an email direct to the hotel confirmed they have an agreement with Q Park Piazza car park next door offering guests 25% off parking. Upon checkout, hotel said they did not have an agreement and car park would be full price. £75 for 40 hours!

Location, style of decor, layout of hotel. Checking in was quick. Checking out was quick. Overall very goos experience. Car parking you had to pay for, this could have been included in the price of the booking.
Car parking was very tight. Other than that the hotel was very good.

Booked 2 rooms the same but one was better than other. Sofa was dirty in room. Sink did not drain.
Had to pay extra for breakfast. Thought it was included. Not worth the price. Poor selection.

Everything was okay and would have been perfect but got overcharged on parking. Was told to speak to hotel staff for discount by qpark staff i spoke to on the phone but staff told me they could not do anything. I got to the hotel at 5pm and parked the car till the following morning only to be charged exorbitantly
