The staff at reception were exceptional.
The beds and the room were very comfortable and we got some great rest.
Great location of the hotel.
Our 11-year old son could stay in our room.
Breakfast pancakes and waffles were not the best. Our son (11) was not allowed to come to breakfast alone.

Fantastic city centre location near the tram stop. Great value for money.
Pillows were not great but housekeeping provided 2 lovely soft pillows once we asked at reception. The hair dryer kept cutting out despite staff best efforts to see what was wrong with it.

The staff were extremely accommodating. The rooms were well-kept and clean, with good in-room facilities. The room was spacious, and the location was convenient—close to Piccadilly Gardens, with a bus stop right outside that made getting around easy. I would recommend staying here to everyone. Great hotel for the price!
Please provide water in the rooms. Its a basic necessity as many of us are travelers,

Location
Being given different room to what I booked then getting in to room to find stains on bed sheets and what was like tea or coffee stain all over one of the pillows no extra pillow to use so old had one and the thinest of quilts on the bed and on the pull out just a projector and a single sheet .

The location and the staff. We were so tired from long journey and staff let us check in 2 hours early. The room was so spacious and clean. Perfect night sleep. I was worried it’s going to be loud as it’s located in the center of the town but very quiet and comfortable.

Very close to everything. Very clean inside. Very quiet thanks to sound proofing.
Tv needs to be a smart tv. It had options to go online but the tv will not as its not a smart tv.
