Clean and fresh
I went to breakfast at 08:30 and they had run out of most of the food other than cereal.

Wonderful
So much better than expected. Very stylish room, great shower. Would’ve been much better if there’d been ideally some brew making facilities and an iron and ironing board, but if not, at least a couple of glasses or a couple of bottles of water.

Wonderful
It was very good value which made me think it wouldn't be that nice. But actually, it was comparable to a hotel you would pay double to stay at.
Like many hotels, water didn't drain in the sink or bath without removing the plugs. There was some mould around the shower and on the floor or the bathroom. Such simple things to fix...

Wonderful
The location was perfect for the concert hall and convention centre. The beds were comfy and the room plenty big enough.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Location was superb, and for the price the rooms were fantastic.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location
Room was fine. House 2 where the room was a little bit musty. There was no gym or sauna as described on the information when booking.

Location is the only good thing
I previously stayed at the hotel 1 and it was much better value for money.
This time I was in hotel 2 and slept on what can only be described as a concrete slab and pillow. When I asked for another pillow the receptionist looked as if I’d asked for their first born child.
No glasses in the room for a glass of water.
Absolutely horrific in comparison to my previous stay in hotel 1. The room above were banging all night yet the hotel reception is so far away I could not go out to complain at 2/3/4am in the morning.
The bathroom door was hanging off and rusted.
Had this been my first experience I would not have booked again.

Very Good
The staff were very helpful in helping us with our stay. My mother was very impressed with how they helped her regarding breakfast and getting tea when the bar wasn't fully open. The beds were comfortable and clean and the location was really good, being in between Piccadilly and central Manchester.
There was no kettle in the room and the decor could do with a revamp.

Wonderful
Location was perfect, right near the station I needed the following day. The room exceeded all my expectations! Spacious, very clean, temperature regulation worked well and possibly one of my favourite hotel bathrooms, great value for money.
Not a lot that I didn’t like, perhaps a little noisy initially but it was a Friday night so totally understandable.
