Central location
This is a weird place. I arrived about 10pm at night by myself and my room was in a separate building which was shabby and the entrance was down a dingy set of steps. Receptionist was unhelpful and I was directed to register with a QR code via a fiddly form. If the receptionists are paid to be there, why is the company insisting that guests register via a QR code? The bedroom and bathroom were ok but felt scruffy with marks on the walls/doors and big stains on the carpets (gross). I wouldn't stay here again, I would pay more to stay at the Premier Inn

The location in the city center is excellent. The room - we had a twin room in house 1 - was spacious beyond expectations. Clean, comfortable and quiet despite the fact that the hotel is very large. The refrigerator was very welcome. I like that the hotel behaves ecologically and offers room service only on request. It would really be pointless to change towels every day. The price was also very acceptable.

Good location. Pasquale on the front desk was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Basic but better than we thought it would be. Good value.
Unfortunately the carpet in the room was stained. Could easily be cleaned with a steamer or a simpler carpet stain remover. It’s the little things.
