Pleasant
The location was good, but you could do better with the breakfast
There was no kettle and iron in the room, and my room was changed to another room

Very Good
We liked the friendly welcoming staff and the great location, the room was set up as booked and was comfortable
Unfortunately there was some very dusty areas to our room and under our bed was some extremely dusty seat cushions that had been there a while, some areas was worn and tatty such as the seating pad near the long mirror, there was some old washed existing stains on our quilt covers, we enjoyed our stay but couldn't help but notice these details

Pleasant
Good location. The staff was friendly.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were surprised to see that the name of the hotel contains ‘HOSTEL’ on the sign outside the building as in booking.com there is no such addition to the name and we never use hostels so are not familiar with hostel brands.
The room was VERY dated and felt dirty, it had a rug full of stains (really should consider removing rugs in the rooms if can’t keep them clean), walls were scratched.
If hotel would correctly advertise itself as a hostel in booking.com, would not have booked it and would not been disappointed if the quality as it really was hostel like.

Pleasant
Very convenient location.
Whilst my room was reasonably clean, there were marks/stains on the flooring.

Fair
It was close to where I was attending the conference
The rooms was not representative of a double room, the carpets were dirty, stained, the bed was uncomfortable with the slates making alot of noise. The bathroom smelled unpleasant. The mattress was uncomfortable. Overall I would not stay there again

Good
The location was good in relation to the event we were attending. Room was ok
Check In process was difficult especially not knowing ID was needed. No personal touch even though staff were available still made to check in on line. Requested a quiet room and we were given a room over the main road.
