Good location, ease of check-in and friendly staff. Good value for money.
Room was very small, carpets and some finishes worn and filled with years of grime. My room had a window that lost its tight fit and let street noise along with some draft into the room. The bathroom was a motel-style plastic prefab unit. Entire property could use an update.

We got placed into the separate part of the hotel, away from our party which was very disappointing. We were placed into what we think was the hostel side of the hotel. It was dirty, grimy and not what we expected at all. I was very disappointed all in all. The bed was creaky and springing, there was only 1 full sized pillow (2 of us were sharing) and we asked for single beds and got a double. All in all it was a terrible night stay and I would not recommend

The location was okay but otherwise there was little good to say about this place. I will not use it again.
The place was shabby and in poor condition. The staff tried hard but their standard of English language and their training was very poor. It is a cheap place but I would not use it again, there is a Premier Inn next door, a better option.

Good location with access to central Manchester. Lovely comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Location.
Made a complaint about how there were stains all over the couch and the chairs.
Elevator was not working when I arrived at the property on my first night and had to take the stairs to the fourth floor.
Been passed from one person to another in person and over the phone. Worst customer services ever. No one ever replied to my complaint via email even thoughI sent pictures and everything.
The manager who was in the property to see me was responsible for food and beverage and didn’t do anything but apology.
Never again and I don’t recommend at all.

Check in was way too slow waiting about 20mins to get keys and then I had to go back down when the keys didn't work. Frustrating, check in should take like 10mins not that long.
