Very Good
Really friendly welcome and upgraded for the same money to a better room. This was quiet and comfortable with an excellent bed.
Leak from the shower tray into the main part of the bathroom. Hotel was notified and plans put in place to rectify this.
Some distance from a local pub or somewhere else to get a meal.

The breakfast and the staff working the restaurant were amazing. Loved how central it was
There was an inch wide streak of painted mould in the corner by the window with an odd smell. We had to have the window open whenever we were there. The listing made it seem like we were in the historical part of the house; we didn’t realise there was an addition.

The room was very spacious and staff were friendly.
Unfortunately the room I stayed in was very cold. The heating was on but barely warm and therefore did not heat the room. I had to buy hot water bottles from Tesco and ended up leaving at 3 am because I couldn't get warm or sleep.

The room is delightful. The beds are comfy. Especially there is parking there and the lawn is beautiful

Some parts of the hotel are tired such as carpets and furniture but I think the competitive price reflects this. There have been some recent improvements. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The stay was only for me for 2 nights. I would not consider the general standard adequate for a longer stay.
The single room was very small. The wash vasin should have been plumbed into the bathroom not the bedroom.

Bed sheets are clean, towels are clean, location of the hotel is good. Well yes there are some stains on carpets and some marks on the walls but the price is a reasonable. If you are looking for a Premier Inn quality then this hotel may not please you. As someone who is looking for a clean bedsheets, towels and a safe location, I can say this hotel is more than enough.
