We loved the location, room lovely, bed comfortable, the cleanliness of the hotel, the extra added bonus of the basement parking was amazing!
There was no security present at night or a card only access for the hotel, we understand that this may be due to the 24 hour bar available however we experienced an uncomfortable encounter with a lad having a drink who looked like had an issue with the bartenders, he was rude and was so loud and it was not nice to hear while the rest of us wanted a quiet time for late night drinks after attending an event at the AO arena. Due to this it felt a little unsafe that anyone could enter the hotel due to the 24 hour bar available for anyone.

All the staff were fantastic, issue with parking, went above and beyond to sort it. Place was spotless, room, bathroom and lifts immaculate, drinks/cocktails were fantastic and the breakfast was superb, all quality products and plenty of choice. Best city centre place we have stayed in for many a year and will definitely recommend.

When I have asked the hotel , which is many times. because all you can see is the main doorway , looks plain , the treasure is when you walk in , the designer s have done a great job , it's a beautiful , it's modern ,it's warm and welcoming. The bedroom was just has good , where did you get those pillows !! the price of the stay was a bargain. Thankyou
