Great location and comfy beds
The tv next door was on all night and very loud- obviously the hotel can’t control the tv volume in people’s room but I messaged the hotel and phoned the reception as still no one stored it out- didn’t get a very enjoyable stay and haven’t slept so this is bad service!!!

Location was fantastic. Being quite a boutique hotel made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly.
Although the hotel experience was amazing. I only have a 2 issues, which was booking the city view and having the images show with the floor to ceiling window and not getting that. Also windows were locked meaning we were not able to crack them open a bit.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Manchester city centre is on your doorstep. The hotel room itself was a decent enough size and everything seemed clean.
I paid additionally for breakfast included and it could perhaps have been more varied.

Great location. Friendly, helpfyl staff. Clean. Comfortable. Good price.
Shower floor a little slippery. Just really didn't want to hear the cleaning staff knocking on doors in the morning and shouting to each other. I know they have a job to do .. but Travellers can be tired!!
