Hotel is in an amazing location, very close to Arndale (around 3 min walk). We arrived before check in and went to drop off our bags at around 12:30pm and they had our room ready, and we were able to check in early. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Great hotel, great location
Night man stopped us going to the bar without checking if we were resident (we were) told us the bar was closed. When it was actually serving! We did eventually get our nightcap..

The room was the perfect size, the bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean, they topped up on the toiletries, teas/coffee everyday for me as well. Location was amazing, right by the shopping centre and only a little walk from both picadilly and victoria stations.
Nothing to add, had a great stay.

Had a super late check in and the man at the front counter was super lovely and gave us a complimentary upgrade! Really big and comfy bed, warm inside the room and breakfast was lovely!

The location is amazing. So central and easy to get around.
The room isn’t the most modern, could do with a renovation maybe. It’s very clean though and perfect for a flying visit
