Shame the hairdryer could only be plugged in too far away from a mirror…a common mistake made in hotel rooms, probably designed by men.

Same every time I stay here, they strictly stick to the 3pm check in which leads to 50 people trying to check in at the same time. The lounge is not big enough for a queue. Employee more maids and turn over the rooms quicker. £223 for one night, wifi doesn’t work in the room and not even a bottle of water. An absolute disgrace that you can charge that price for this room.

the body wash is on the floor of bathroom, and the floor drain is unassembled the cover of the drain is not on the drain. and the breakfirst is too simple, not too many choices...

We’ve stayed here before. Both times we have had a great stay. Lovely stylish room. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
