Breakfast was good and the area was great to walk around great location around all the shops...and check out was 12 o'clock which is good
Easier access to parking instead of parking up to go in the hotel to be let in and then the same to get out

Very comfortable bed, clean room. Location was good for city centre.
Check in was abysmal, bar prices extortionate! 2 small bottles of water to take up to the room were £8! Back to check in, this was extremely slow, made worse by the Asian guy on front desk not speaking very good English and couldn't deal with the 6 guests at the front of the queue. Not his fault with the language but you have to look at the HR/Management side of it, why would they put someone who spoke broken English on front of house? The check in queue went out of the door and on to the street. Parking is another issue, there wasn't an option to reserve parking when booking so when we arrived we had to park in the shopping centre multi storey car park.

The location to the arena.
Had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes to check in. Only two staff on to deal with issues and loads of people arriving for a show at the arena. No water in the room in a heatwave. Staff were unfriendly. Had to queue for ages for a drink. This is because they didn’t have enough staff on again. The carpets need cleaning. No information in the room about how to work the heating/aircon. Definitely not worth the money. The lady behind the bar did not want to be there judging by her lack of warmth and stony face, and was in no rush to serve a queue of people stood waiting.

Our room was positioned next to a side road which was very noisy with bins being emptied etc, which kept us awake.
