Very clean and very comfortable.
Staff were very rude when checking in on Tuesday 5th August at around 1pm. Didn’t let us know that there was breakfast included in our stay until I asked, and then after that didn’t explain what time breakfast was served from and until, where we go for it, or what time we check out. Completely disappointed in the lack of care from the staff. However checking out on Wednesday 6th August at 11am was completely different and the gentleman was lovely.

Great location, lovely staff (in both Motel Ones in Manchester), room was very cozy and clean. I'd definitely come back there! And as an extra, the hotel was giving out some bucket hats (to celebrate the Oasis concert that day) <3 Price was not thaaat great, but was a good deal considering the whole city had a peak in prices do to the concert.

Fantastic location!
Rooms are lovely and modern with great bathrooms and spotlessly clean.
The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful and genuinely want you to have a good stay.
The lobby of the hotel is great with lots of lovely areas to relax.
The rooms have good air conditioning and also tea and coffee making facilities.
I’ve stayed here before & would be happy to stay here again.
If I had to be really picky, I would say the rooms are a little on the small size.
Having said this they are very well designed and have everything you need.

TV comes on every time you enter the room and use the card key to activate the lights, and the TV is in German!

It was beautiful downstairs and the staff were very friendly. However the room wasn’t the nicest and the pillows were really uncomfortable. It was lovely and clean though and lovely bathroom
