Locates at the centre of Piccadilly station with modern deco. Staffs are very nice and accommodated.
The coffee/tea making facility placed right next to top of the bed instead of a hospitality tray on a proper desk. The hinge of the coffee/tea box dropped on my hand and I nearly got burned from a hot drink, it was the first time I ever seen such a design flaw. Also, the stool near the writing desk was stained from other guests not sure what kind of stain is.

Location was good, right next to Picadilly and near the Northern Quarter.
Room was tiny, lack of storage, shower head kept dropping down, view of a grey wall outside, TV reception was terrible.

Extremely friendly staff, comfortable bed and flexible reception hours for late arrivals. Excellent breakfast.
