Reception and staff were excellent on arrival and checkout. Bar open decent hours, funky setting and sensible prices. Stay overall was very affordably priced. Room was compact, but of a reasonable quality and did the job just fine - just a short walk from station, Canal St, Chinatown, Piccadilly.
A very minor point, the windows face another building and only had main curtains, they could do with a privacy blind / net otherwise you need to close curtains and put light on for any privacy. Sounds emminently solveable!

It was a really beautiful hotel modern and cool clean and tidy and the breakfast was nice and fresh i like that there was sofas bar reception elevators and dining close to eachother i will stay again
I liked everything it would of been a 10 if the rooms were abit bigger

Lovely hotel, great location for an event at Freight Island. The room was spacious, bed was super comfy and a good shower.
One of the reception staff was constantly a bit moody, but everyone else was great. Late night staff served drinks for us after a night out which was lovely. Was some building work opposite at the time that was loud in the morning, but likely done now and wasn't the hotels fault.

Excellent hotel close to Manchester Piccadilly train station, stayed here as I had appointment for visa closely the next morning and for ease of getting from the airport to the city centre, plenty of places to eat closeby, hotel itself is nice and modern, rooms very nice, spacious, comfortable bed, good walkin style shower, good breakfast, staff all helpful, would stay again

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond. great location and great value for money. Hotel kept our luggage for free on the last day
AC not great in room and no mini fridge. Purple Stains on bedsheets even when they were meant to be washed
