I stayed in the same hotel years ago and I loved it
I guess over the years quality has decreased as I didn’t received the same experience this time.
However location reminds perfect of gravelly by train and has affordable prices
Breakfast had plenty of options too which was appreciated
They made me aware that room was close to lifts so I thought that might become an issue but no, I was more annoyed about the room being closer to the tram station which was doing more noise that the actual guests coming in/out the lift (even though the room was at a 9th floor). So I think this should be announced rather than being aware of being close to the lifts

Comfy room, tidy clean. Good check in and check out experience
Lack of bin bag in bathroom bin. Provided tea was not very nice, TV also wasn't very good, poor reception and no Internet accessibility eg Netflix.

Second stay and would stay again. Fab central location, friendly staff. Can leave bags after check out. Spacious double. Tea and coffee in room

OK, for a overnight stay, very handy for concerts at Coop Live and O2 Academy. Nice and clean and fresh but Room a bit basic,, no charging points, only continental breakfast.
Lack of charging points ( very unusual nowadays) room details said strongbow in room, there isn't one! Bed made up of 2 singles put together, OK...but one was very hard and the other very soft. Lack of breakfast options if your gluten free, there were cornflakes and fruit. Nice place for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer.
