Bed is comfy, shower is good. Right in the city centre so close to everything

Big bed, clean room, lovely towels, excellent location, plugs next to bed, quiet, very friendly staff
For £120 a night, separate conditioner and shampoo rather than ‘hair and body wash’ would be nice. Curtains not black out enough. No bedside table so needed to use chair

Excellent location just by Piccadilly station. Comfortable room. Really brilliant staff. Tremendously helpful. Clean comfortable rooms.
