Convenient walking distance from Manchester Picadilly station.
Staff were exceptionally friendly; in my view this was standard-setting service.
Limited elevator space might create bottlenecks at busy times.
I don't think there were day curtains; this creates potential privacy issues in terms of offices across the street.

Side tables needed in room, something to rest phones and items on closer to the bed, but this is a very small issue. Layout could be similar to same hotel at royal exchange

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We enjoyed a late evening in the hotel cocktail bar and the bar person introduced himself as "Shiraz" and he clearly enjoyed providing us with an excellent service throughout.
Nothing really, both myself and my NHS friends were enjoying our annual re-union get-together and this year we chose Manchester and delighted that we chose Motel One for our stay.

Great location right by the station, small but well designed rooms and great choice at breakfast.
WE had to go out and fiddle somewhere to eat in the evening, but plenty around.

Generaly motel was great. I will especially reccomend the people that worked at the bar. Especially I reccomend the evening shift at the bar - great service and hospitality, and perfect cocktails. Great people. :)
