Fantastic location-made travelling in and around the city a breeze.
Room was small but had everything we needed in a well designed space. Spotlessly clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Great stay

Good location, cozy reception area, staff really friendly, view from room was good
Mattress was uncomfortable, hair on the pillow, not enough tea, coffee and milk. Could have done with a separate bin to the bathroom bin. One sanitary bin and one general waste. Drain smell in the bathroom at times. Slightly noisy thin walls. TV reception was poor and kept cutting out.

Location is great - I can get off the train, drop my bags off within 5 minutes then I’m free to get on with my day! Bed is super comfy & cocktails are strong
It would be nice if the shower had more pressure - and I was disappointed to see that there were no sweets out at reception (though the staff very kindly found some when I asked!)

Location was very convenient for Piccadilly Station and onward travel to the airport.
The room had all the facilities needed for a short stay.
Room rather small and no option to have a twin room as opposed to a double.
Lack of cooked breakfast.
