Brilliant location opposite Piccadily Station. Paid extra for the view which was worth it. Motel One offer as expected, very reliable, enthusiastic staff, good breakfast.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just next to the railway station. The view from the higher floors was great, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
The room was a bit small, and the housekeeping could have been better.

Booking.com (this is not the hotel's fault) has some kind of glitch in the system and booked me the same hotel room TWICE, but the hotel kindly sorted it out. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were universally lovely. Breakfast was good.
Just the booking.com mess up - this has happened to me before.

We literally in stayed in the room for approximately 6 hrs after our delayed flight in to Manchester.
We did ask for a reduced price due to very short stay but were told they were unable to help.
