It’s conveniently located near the train station, which makes travel very easy. They offer 24-hour check-in, which is helpful for late arrivals. There is also a late check-out at noon, giving a bit more flexibility in the morning.
The breakfast had limited options and felt quite basic. The TV in the room had an automatic screen function,

We booked a room with a city view and ended up looking in too a load of offices plus the rooms on the website looked a lot bigger

Perfect location for our needs as we were in Manchester for a gig and handy also for Piccadilly station.
The room was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again!
Minor issue but the bed sheets weren't tucked in - not sure if this was overlooked by the cleaning staff or this is how the beds are made for all rooms.

Close to Piccadilly railway station. Friendly quick check in. Good value.
No kettle and coffee on the room, which is probably reflected in the price.
