Great location .The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early flight and the hotel had our room ready at 9am for us I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

For me, the staff make this place because they’re always amenable and try to do everything they can to help. The hotel is very near Piccadilly station, therefore very near the centre of Manchester and that makes it really useful for work.
This place is a bit of a mixture at times. There are no frills in the room so expect to buy water and even the cups are paper. So if you like your tea in a mug, take one up before you go to bed.
They don’t do a cooked breakfast but the options on offer in the morning are quite decent as long as you don’t mind paying £16 for your porridge!
