Wonderful
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the lobby bar was very nice and comfortable. Location was great as it was in walking distance to everything.
I was very satisfied, so hard to complain. Room was small, but not unexpected.

Near station and clean and modern, room not large but did the job for me and my daughter visiting for a pop concert. handy for the metro and tram.
Slightly bigger snack choice in the bar area.

Always stayed here and it’s convenient and reasonably priced.
Only issue I had was one of the towels was stained with what was either fecal matter or makeup.

The location is great for Picadilly and the shopping area. The bed was comfy. Good for one or two nights
I felt it was a little tired. I paid for the deluxe room, but the sofa bed was broken and the TV had such poor reception it couldn't be watched. It was also very dusty behind the TV. There was also a nightclub nearby which disturbed a little. Lack of storage if you wanted to unpack .

The location half a block from the train station and easy walk to the city center was great. Staff was very nice- able to get us a room though we showed up early. Breakfast was great. Nice vibe.

The location was excellent- right across the street from the station, walking distance to the busy area of Picadilly with loads of cafes, bars, restaurants, while still being quiet enough to get good sleep. I appreciated that they supply both a pair of firm and a pair of soft pillows in case you need one or the other. Will definitely stay again!

The room was very clean with a good amount of towels.
The mattress and pillows were comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and present at all times.
The bar was quiet and relaxing, as well as the rest of the hotel.
The location was close to both Piccadilly and Victoria stations (walking distance).
The view was of the building opposite, but we know if we paid a little extra for a better view.
The TV was quite outdated with no internet access or features (youtube, spoitify) except freeview.

This is my favourite hotel to stay in Manchester.
Close to everything, next to the Q Park car park.
Cool bar area.

The close proximity to Manchester Piccadilly train station made getting to other towns and cities so easy. Motel One was our base while we day tripped to Liverpool and Chester. An easy tram to Old Trafford.

Opposite the Piccadilly Train Station . Excellent location .
Close to the Metro link — and free Bee Buses .
Plenty of choice for a tasty breakfast .
Staff most welcoming and helpful .
I chose not to drink out of the provided plastic tea/ coffee cups in the room . Did not look too inviting . Suggest they be replaced by proper porcelain cups which were on offer @ breakfast
