It is 2 mins to piccadily train station. Therefore, it is very convenient to reach airport and other cities ( like . The room is clean and basic.
The hotel is close to attractive places ( canal, gay village, St Peter’s square) but it is not at the heart of the city center. I recommend the hotel of the same “motel one” chain in St Peter’s square.

It’s location was perfect and the hotel was clean.
Housekeeping entered my room without announcing themselves. She proceeded to clean my bathroom and then fix my bed and flip my pillows with her dirty gloves that she just cleans my toilet with. Also, beware, there is no place to store your clothes, literally no place. I had to live out of my suitcase and have piles of dirty versus clean clothes on a very small fable. I had two hangers and that was it. There are no drawers, there is no closet.

Room was clean, great shower and had tea and coffee making facilities.
No bin in bedroom.
The room was cold, couldn’t get the heating to work.
The rough wall (the wall with the tv on) made the room look a bit cheap, yet there is a £2k tv on the wall!!
