Clean and great staff
The price on our second stay there. Just because Take That we’re in town they doubled the price and more. We were not attending the concert.

Location and overall good hotel
Price - I do not recommend to book this hotel so well much in advance. We booked it about 5 months ahead and the price fluctuated so much that in a week before the check in was cheaper by GBP 94 per room - we even had two rooms so we overpaid GBP 188. I sent a message about this before arriving - no reply and the receptionist unfortunately could not change the price either. I understand that the prices fluctuate but to such extent we felt that we overpaid way too much and felt like being robbed in comparing to other guests.
