Great location opposite th⁷he railway station. Great staff very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful with requests for advice. Continental breakfast had good variety of food with gleaming cutlery, coffee very weak. Bathroom was nice.
Thought the bedrooms were basic with very little storage for clothes. Mattress on bed was foam and not very comfortable. Tables for breakfast were very casual and a lot of them near the entrance doors which were opening and closing and cold wind blowing in.

Staff were friendly on arrival
The room was £200 a night and our shower head was broken, our room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day we stayed, the air conditioning was stuck on one temperature. This stay was very very expensive and the room was so outdated and falling apart. Not happy with her stay.

Obviously very close to Piccadilly station. Rooms were decent size and modern feeling with comfortable bed, good shower, decent telly, work area and plugs. Limited hanging room but manageable for short stay. Nice lobby / bar area for relaxing and some very credible cocktails. Breakfast was pretty good.
Curtains could have been thicker - yes the sun does come out in Manchester!

Location was really convenient. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a standard Continental and food was fresh and plentiful. Despite the location, the room was quiet and air conditioned.
