I thought the breakfast choice for a continental style breakfast was excellent. I loved that there was fresh fruit available and hard and soft boiled eggs.
My husband would have preferred the option of a cooked breakfast. Also the staff were so efficient that they cleared our breakfast dishes and mugs away, when we got up to have some additional items ,before we had completely finished so we lost half drunk drinks cutlery and napkins.

The location was very good for being close to the train station and staff were friendly.
When first walked in it didn’t feel that clean. The cups had stains on them and the bathroom floor was left dirty. I found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable too. For the price, I expected better. I found the other motel one in Manchester better when I visited that.

Room was super cosy and clean! Hotel staff were so nice and friendly! Hotel across the road from Piccadilly Station which is super convenient! I was here for the Madison Beer concert at the Co-op Live Arena and everything was super nearby and accessible, very good value for money!
