Convenient from the train station after coming from the airport. Lovely welcoming entrance by the late night bar. The breakfast is fantastic value.
The room was a little small but not too bad for one night.

Great hotel, we syated here several years ago and loved it and it was brilliant this time too highlight recommended
would have been useful to have a bin in the room as well as the bathroom but that's just a tiny thing

It was clean, new, with basic facilities.
I forgot an item in the room and I informed the hotel shortly after the checkout. I explained exactly where I left it in the room and described what it was. I was told that it was never found and when I insisted, I never got a reply.
It was a collectable item, £45.00 and there was no where else I could have misplaced it. Very disappointed. I will not be going back. If you cannot trust an establishment like that with your personal items, then nothing else matters.

The location was fantastic. Literally across the road from Manchester Piccadilly station. Hotel staff were welcoming and the room was clean and tidy, if basic. But you get what you pay for. Great for a one night stay, would definitely use again.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. Breakfast was a little pricey at £13.50 for continental only so we didn't have it.

Neither my wife nor I liked the pillows, but things like that are always down to personal taste.
