No hot breakfast. But the options were otherwise excellent
Eating area directly next to automatic doors to street. Needs a panel to stop smoke and cold draughts.

We were upgraded to a really big room on the 13th floor. Staff as always at Motel One. We used the Motel One loyalty scheme for the first time so I suspect this is why we were able to get the upgrade?
While we had a fantastic room, however there were no bedside tables to put anything, also the lack of plug sockets to charge devices next to the bed. These are minor points, but for us are important especially when we have used phones, iPads etc during the day and want to use at night.
The above said again this does not detract from the quality of stay at the hotel.
