Staff very helpful. Hotel was modern and clean. Located a short walk to station and car rental which was ideal for us. A short walk to the main centre of town.

Excelent location. The room was nice size. The brd was very enjoyable to sleep. This is the srcond time we sta6ed at your hotel.
The price for the breakfest was not worth the value. No draft beer in the bar and very small bottles of beer.

The staff was wonderful. The individual I was greeted by initially (Poppy, I believe) was very warm and welcoming. While I couldn't check-in early, my bags were held while I ventured out into the city to kind some food and kill a bit of time. The second time I approached the desk for check-in, the othet staff member was equally as lovely and we chatted and giggled over our love for books. The room was simple, but has everything you needed. I was on the 13th floor and had a lovely view. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was acceptable.
The TVs in the room could be upgraded - they're a bit dated and had some reception issues, but it wasn't anything unmanageable.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, literally minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean, on the 11th floor, with great view of the city centre. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.
It's the same thing with every Motel One really. I wish the rooms were a bit larger and better equipped - a bedside table is missing in their rooms, as well as a proper wardrobe or chest of drawers. But that's the case for every Motel One, not just this one

The hotel offered everything I needed for a smooth experience – clean and well-presented rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and a convenient location close to the city centre and transport links.
The staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. While the room was simple in design, it was modern, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a business stay.
While the stay was pleasant, I did find it slightly expensive for what was provided. A more competitive price point would make the experience even better value.

We arrived at the hotel and were checked in almost 2 hours early, which was a great help after a long and tiring journey. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the quality of the towels, the bedding, and the extremely friendly staff. 10/10 from us
