Poppy was so friendly when we arrived. Showed an interest in why we were visiting Manchester. Gave us an extra key card as I was with my teenage daughter. We really liked Poppy!

The hotel smelt amazing. The facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable. We were allowed to drop our bags off before check in, in order to go to our concert. The bed was super comfortable.
The tv didn’t have many channels but it didn’t effect our stay.

Offices opposite could see into windows if curtains open so maybe some voile would be useful under curtains

Location is ideal for metro, Piccadilly rail station.
Only a few minutes walk from the Arndale centre.
Could do with a couple more coat hangers in the room.
