The place is located ideally if you travel by train like me. It is easy to find and it has a 24-hour reception desk. In the room you have also a kettle plus some tea and coffee bags/sachets..

The hotel was exceptional! The staff were helpful/friendly, the room was tidy and clean upon arrival, there were amenities provided (AC, tea/coffee station, hair dryer) in the room itself. Location is ideal, directly next to the train station and plenty of food/drink options nearby. Odd note but the longest I had to wait for a lift was around 30 seconds
I honestly can’t fault them. I will be returning on my next trip to Manchester

Clean and large comfy bed.fishes on the tv were welcoming.
Room was noisy from the road at all hours but needed the window open.Smell of people smoking weed outside front entrance was even smelling in our room.. Not your fault but found it very unpleasant. We were on second floor.the shower was leaking water from the pipe but didn't complain as was only there for 2 showers

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in process was super quick.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean.
Drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced.
The toilets in the reception were not very clean. Tissue all over the floor and the toilets hadn't been kept clean.
There was no waste bin in the room.
