The location was great for where we needed to be, staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
We had to wait until 5.30pm for our room, despite being informed check-in was at 3pm. We stayed for 2 nights and upgraded to a privilege room, however, the room was freezing cold and the small heater provided hardly worked. The cost for a 2 night stay was a little bit expensive and I don’t think the room upgrade was value for money.

Location was ideal for anyone attending Man United games with the Tram just outside the hotel, it was about 10mins on the tram to Old Trafford. And there are lots of places to eat close by and the Arndale shopping centre is more or less across the road too.
