The location was brilliant
The room was very tired, there were broken strip lights above the headboard of the bed, the were marks all over the headboard and dressing table, There was no heat in our room as it was broken, the window was difficult to close, there was no sealant around the bath, just black marks, Breakfast was a let down, it was all cold, there was no bread for making toast, there was no cutlery on the tables and no staff around to ask for some.

Staff were very accommodating. In particular the breakfast bar staff, Abbie was very welcoming and so was the gentleman working there the days I stayed.
The first room I was given smelt like cigarettes. Also when doing my search on booking.com I included parking, thinking it would be included in the price, but when I arrived I had to pay an extortionate rate for parking. Pretty disappointing

Service in the event room restaurant for the Eric Cantana evening was excellent - the food was very tasty and hot when served.
A bit pricey but I guess it was because there was an event on. Would not normally like to pay this price however the convenience won me over
