Great location and carparking amazing breakfast
Room has no heating just a oil filled radiator which was not good enough to heat the room. Sink leaked badly

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.
Room was cold, for a mecure/accor hotel it was below par. Rooms need upgrading and so does the key card/door lock. My door didn't shut flush so I had to keep my door locked.

Noise isulation between the rooms is pretty bad! You could hear almost everything from the neighbors. Either that or my neighbor was disrespectful and very loud. Luckily the reception staff helped me with this situation and silenced the noisy neighbor.

The staff seemed lovely and the location was amazing
The room was freezing, the heating did not work so there was this tiny radiator style heater added in the room which did nothing. The whole room was just very dated, broken furniture, scuff marks and stains everywhere and there was like still hair in the bath tub. We also had someone in the middle of the night try to get into our room

Location was good. Room was clean, although tired.
First room toilet was broken, cistern had been left open, no flush. Staff moved us to a different room- with no view. Got locked out of the room on the second day- key card stopped working. Parking was not explained before arrival.
