Second time staying at this hotel superb location with plenty of shops bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are lovely and clean and the breakfast is really good with a great hot and cold selection. It's also great that they have car parking available too at a good price.

Great location, right next to the tram and in the city centre
Overbooked the room we reserved, so we got downgraded, and the room we got downgraded to was “recently refurbished” but had we couldn’t access wifi for the whole stay.

Good location , good value, good breakfast, excellent staff.
Bit tired in the bedrooms but they are in process of refurbishment, wifi is pretty poor in bedrooms so be mindful it doesn’t always work if you need it to plan your activities.
