The staff were great, nice central location. Rooms were fine.
The shower head over the bath was broken, sprayed water everywhere! The bar is on the 3rd floor, but the toilets are on the 2nd floor?!?!

as always the staff were lovely, room was clean and bed very comfy.
the walls were very thin and could here the rooms next door even though they didn't seem to be speaking loud. someone had as playing the drums outside till 4 o'clock in the morning which did disturb our sleep. understand that's nothing to do with the hotel but we were on the ninth floor so thought it would've been quieter.

Room had everything you need a decent size television aswell
The parking postcode didn't work for us kept going round and round Manchester in the end went in the picadilly plaza which is right next to the hotel, when you eventually find it don't go down the ramp go up the second left entrance this is the actual carpark save yourself 10 pounds

Great position and friendly staff. Breakfast is good as well.
Exorbitant price for a very small room with air-conditioning barely working, windows not opening, no mini fridge to have some cool water over night. The tiny fan provided was not enough. Shower leaking, soap dispenser broken, rusty window frames, so disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel on 24th June and again from 26th to 28th June. During my stay, the weather was extremely hot, yet the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. The hotel provided only a small fan, which was insufficient. Although I was given a 50% refund for the first night, the same issue persisted over the following two nights without any further compensation:(
