One of the rooms had a bathroom lock missing and an inner window pain, meeting the sound travelled in to the room - tram noise and drums from Xmas market

The view, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, how updated the room is with a smart TV. Close to parking and markets
Only downfall is the bed. Quite a hard mattress, didn't sleep very well.

Central location. Staff were very helpful. I had an issue with noise from next door and the staff did all they could to sort it out for me.
You can hear people talking in the room next door. Seems to be coming through the windows.
The windows are very tired and the gap between the sliding window and the outside one was very dirty.
I asked for a wake up call in the last day and it didn’t happen.

Had a few problems with door key not working. Don’t think we were the only ones. The room heating motor was quite noisy during the night. The lifts were a bit annoying if you were on the top levels.parking was a bit of an issue prise wise

Rose was excellent and such a lovely person…. She helped us to enjoy our stay
The lighting in the rooms were non existent… I asked three times for a new bulb if it wasn’t for the TV we would have had to use torches

It a lot as it was very Dirty & tired. The staff were helpful but did not take away from the first 3 rooms we were allocated were all dirty. Just accepted the last room as we had awards to present at in the hotel that evening

The bed was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was tasty.
The bathroom could have done with a slight update, cracks in tiled and lack of seal around the bath in some areas. Having said that, it was clean.
