Event was amazing, hotel in general was lovely
The room was freezing, I complained and was brought a plug in radiator and extra duvet. Other people were also complaining about the same thing. We are in England surely heating is essential?

We were here for an event held at the hotel We arrived before check in time and our luggage was stored for us so we could attend the event before checking in. Allergies and food preferences were well managed without any fuss

The room was clean although a little dated but the hotel is undergoing some renovations. All the staff were excellent, very polite, helpful and attentive. Location great. Breakfast there is a great choice for all tastes and the food was lovely.
We booked a privilege room back in Sept 25 and on arrival we were told that it is not available! We did end up getting free breakfasts for the stay but was very disappointed. I will be bringing this up with booking.com

The staff were lovely. The room was clean and tidy. There were no little extras in the room though, no shower cap etc like there usually would be. Im guessing maybe the room service people possibly just forgot to come back with those items. Only 1 biscuit on the tea tray lol. Not that that is a real problem ha. The bed was comfortable. We could hear the people in the room next door talking though so the walls are quite thin or they were just really loud. But overall a pleasant stay.
