This hotel was not value for my money.
1. They gave us a room that the door was not locking only the 2nd day into our stay we realized that when we come out of the room thinking the door is locked it’s not anyone can easily turn the knob and enter. Even though the locked would light up green as if it was working.
2. The room was full of mold especially in the windows , I had a whit pants there on the second day the pants had black mold spots on it.
3. They changed our room because of the lock issue second room we moved to had no ac completely broken! At this point we were over it.
All they gave us was a voucher to the bar which did not include Sprits Wine Champagne, basically any alcohol, did not even bother to use it.
4. In the morning before we could even get out of bed we would hear constant pounding the walls or so thinner could hear everything from any room next to us the slightest thing.
Overall I would not visit here again location is ideal in it being close to the city center but regardless of that would not visit again if you are looking for a really nice stay !

Very Poor
Central location is the only good thing about it.
The first room was in an unacceptable condition — there were carpet moths present, mould around the windows, a cracked bathroom sink, and even hair on the bed and in the toilet. We immediately requested a room change.
We were moved to a second room on a different floor, which unfortunately was even worse. There were more carpet moths than in the first room, visible damage to the carpet where moths had eaten through it, and a desk that was falling apart. It was generally a very unpleasant and unhygienic environment.
The deputy manager then offered to show us a third room, which was reportedly being cleaned at the time. We were told this room would still have visible mould in the corners of the windows. At that point we had completely lost confidence in the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
To be fair, all staff we dealt with were polite and tried to help resolve the situation. However, the condition of the rooms themselves was simply not acceptable.
The photos online are somewhat similar to the rooms, but they appear to have been taken years ago — the current standard is nowhere near what is advertised.
Overall, this hotel is extremely overpriced for the condition it is in. We chose not to stay and would not recommend it to anyone based on our experience.

Location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly Train Station and close to many restaurants, bars and shops. The complimentary drink was a nice touch and the breakfast was good.
The staff were very polite and helpful too.
We were a little disappointed that the room we had booked was unavailable due to refurbishment, but the discount offered was acceptable and the room given was satisfactory for the length of stay.
