The rooms were clean Staff were nice Robert from the bar lounge was amazing! Bubbly personality!
Unfortunately the room was cold I don’t think the AC was working , I did request a heater and the housekeeper was nice and brought one in but it takes time to heat up, no hotel phone I had to use my own to request amenities

Honestly the staff were so lovely! We arrived much earlier than expected as our flight was early arriving. We had been stressed about check in/baggage as we were after arriving at the hotel at 8.10am when check in was due to be 3pm. The girl at the hotel reception on Wednesday morning (7th of Jan) was an absolute sweetheart, and checked us in there and then on the spot helping us to sign up for the website to get bonus’ and discounts. She was super helpful and very kind. She got us settled right away and make sure it was an easy and stress free process!

Location and the facilities available.
Got an upgrade to a suite, there was no heating available and didn’t work. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the shower water was leaking onto the floor. Had mini heater available in the rooms but only 2 of them worked and no power point option available on either side of the rooms.

Nice friendly staff clean nice shops right outside the hotel lots of things to do and nice bar in the hotel.
Only thing i disliked about it was the hotel was right next to the tram station and at night could keep you up for ages.
