Staff were all amazing evening staff on 9th July, day staff on 10th and morning staff on 11th. I would love to name them all but there were so many but all fantastic. Giving thete are major renovations going on it did not effect our stay at all. Thank you

The staff were great, nice central location. Rooms were fine.
The shower head over the bath was broken, sprayed water everywhere! The bar is on the 3rd floor, but the toilets are on the 2nd floor?!?!
