Being in the city centre was ideal for getting out and about, all the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help. The room was clean, light and spacious with a comfy bed and ample facilities
Parking was a bit pricey but being a city centre location was to be expected.

Staff were lovely, when we arrived back around 1am the bar was closed but the young man behind reception asked what we wanted and with it only being ice he said he'd bring it to our room for us and he come straight up with it.
Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could possibly want and need from hot food and cereals and fruits, everything was hot and fresh.
Location is perfect and right outside a bus station and tram stop. Shops are underneath the hotel including a spa and Greggs.
The Arndale it around a 3 minute walk away.
Great location and staff.
The beds are also very comfortable and the air con is very quiet, showers are really powerful and hot

Clean reception area staff very pleasant and breakfast staff too.
Staff at the bar at night time, tried to mock my partner. Very sarcastic. Ask if they served food. Walked me round the other side and showed me a selection of crisps and laughed. Made sarcastic comments about no chef at that time. Member of staff was called Ben.

Pleasant
Staff were friendly and helpful in the reception.
Piccadilly is a horrible location these days. We didn’t feel safe at night due to the sketchy looking men hanging around on the streets and lurking in the dark passageways. It left us feeling very uncomfortable.
Hotel was undergoing some renovations which is why I marked it down. It’s very dated and needed a good overhaul.

Staff were very friendly
Paid for a suite but only told on arrival it was not available, however i did receive two emails asking me to upgrade my experience before I arrived but nothing about a room change. We were then given a recently refurbished room and offered free parking and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Breakfast items are obviously cooked well in advance and left on hot plates as the black pudding could have been used as a frisbee and when I asked for a poached egg the poor but very lovely waitress was told to come out and say it is normally fried eggs they serve (pre cooked0 although the menu offers poached eggs. When it did come with my breakfast I think it must have been from a Quail as it was barely visible. We wre there for a private function that finished at 9.45 and when we went to the bar the kitchen was closed and there was not even room service available
