Room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and in the morning I did not have time to get breakfast as my taxi was for 06:40, and the person working that moment ran off to the kitchen to get me a bacon sandwich to take with me. I thought that was wonderful, and I hope he gets to read this, as it was hugely appreciated my me. Thank you for a lovely stay.

warm and welcoming staff, very helpful hotel is a beautiful old mill beds are so comfortable - be warned, you may never want to leave cocktails in the bar delicious so was the breakfast will definitely return

Fabulous hotel at a great location. Breakfast was great Generally staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who checked me in
Drinks a little overpriced and unclear on invoice Check out was a bit of a mess. Only one person on reception, computers broke down and although I had clearly been waiting next in line - the guy on reception served people behind me first. Not a great last impression to be overlooked

The building was a great renovation of an old warehouse. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Bedroom was dark and it would have benefited from better lighting. But I'd definitely come back!

Inadequate car parking necessitating an inconvenient trip to the local NCP (fortunately just up the road). However a discount was available for hotel guests. Poor lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom (especially for shaving).

Staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming. Room cleanliness, design, tea/coffee facilities, bath products, temperature and comfort were all excellent.
Slightly noisy at certain times of the night as my room was right opposite the lifts.
