Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, we were able to check in early which was helpful. Lighting in rooms wasn't great but can't fault it apart from that

Hotel was clean and everything you would expect outside of the issues I ran into.
My biggest issue I had was I left my charger in the room that morning, I called the hotel up and they said that I need to raise the issue via an email, so I sent an email concerning my charger, and there was no response at all from that. I just continually got emails back saying “rate your stay, what did you think of your stay” so ive read that for the last time and tthought i would write about my stay after all. The room I was allocated didn’t have any wifi connected to the tv, before leaving for the evening I spoke to a member of staff about fixing the issue, they said they would send someone to the room, when I got back the issue had not been fixed, so I went back out to the staff and raised it with the staff on that night they once again told me a staff member was coming out to my room and yet again we waiting over 1 hour and no staff came out to our room. Overall: I payed a bit more in hope for more and a nicer stay and in turn I got less and to top it off I’m now left without a charger. The staff was not bothered about helping with my issues and dismissed them and the hotel was not bothered about getting back to me about my charger either, outside of that the hotel room itself was okay and no issues in that department.

Excellent campus of the hotel and very nice bar/restaurant in the facility. The nearby area in Spinningfields is full of great pubs/restaurants, live music venues (Aviva Studio), you can't go wrong with the location
