Perfect location for the gig we attended. Close by to lots of museums etc. only issue was quite a bit of dust and cobwebs in the room.

Wonderful
Super friendly staff, large bedrooms with two double beds, quiet rooms.
Just the one coffee/tea machine at breakfast causing long queues, having to order fried eggs.

Good
Our party stayed in a King and Family rooms. They’re nice with plenty of character. Ours overlooked the river. The shower is good, the beds comfy, and there’s a large TV. The staff on the front desk and restaurant manager are friendly. If you’re lucky you can park at the front for £20 which gets you 24h. We were going to Aviva Studios so the location was perfect.
Dinner at the restaurant was chaotic. The menu is poor for choice. Although they were empty there were hardly any staff to be found. The waiter did not seem to know what to do, took an order for one of us and disappeared for the rest of the evening. We placed the remainder of the order at the bar. The food of course arrived in two stages. There is a children’s menu but nobody knows what it is.

Great location, only 15-20 walk to the city centre, and it's right next to Aviva studios so perfect when attending an event there, which we did! The bed was comfy, and the room was nice and clean. Would come back here again.
Everything was good.

Exceptional
Amazing hotel good value for money.
The room was bigger than a budget Hotel. With a sofa and TV giving a sitting space and a sleeping space. The bathroom was very clean and there was plenty of space. The hotel itself is an old building possibly an old factory. This gives the room character.
The bar is very nice and quiet and me and my partner enjoyed a drink together at the end of the night. I would recommend this hotel
Breakfast was not included for the price.

Wonderful
Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel has a great location easy walk to city center. Comfortable and clean. This is our go to hotel when we visit family
The only down side is the fight for a parking space that fronts the hotel.. fortunately alway been able to get one. But there is public parking just down the street.
