Location, beds were comfy, tv was good, very friendly staff, quirky room. Bathroom was large and well equipped. Breakfast was really great.

This was our second time staying here, the booking is simple and the hotel is easy to find via maps. Close to the city centre where there is a big shopping mall which is walking distance. There are also many restaurants walking distance and having the reception open 24/7 gave us reassurance we didn’t need to be back by a certain time, and could come and go as we pleased. If we ventured further out which we did to Old Trafford stadium ordering a Uber from the hotel was simple using a computer screen in the hotel lobby. I would recommend if you take your car to leave it in the hotel car park and walk/uber if you can. The staff are extremely polite and nothing was trouble for them, they welcomed us and catered to all our needs. Will definitely be back again in the future
There was nothing we didn’t like, the only slight problem was the heating in our room wasn’t working but as soon as we informed the reception they sent a member of staff to the room with a radiator to heat the room.

The staff was helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and well tended. The location was good depending on which area of the city you want to be in.
I found the room a little drafty and dark. Light for doing make-up not ideal. Bed a bit too firm for me.

Great base for our 1 night stay in Manchester. Nice old mill building next to the canal in the Spinningfields area so walking distance to plenty of bars/restaurants. Rooms are comfortable & well equipped. Good breakfast too.

Location for my business trip was perfect and restaurant and facilities in general were all fine.
The room was a bit dark and the window didn’t close properly, there were also many small mosquitos close to the window.
