The concept of the design was exceptional and unique. The elegant structure was actually beautiful wooden in the ceiling was giving it rustic warm vibes

The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable, and overall it was great value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite throughout our stay. We had a really pleasant experience and would happily stay again.
The room had a bad smell, which we think was coming either from the air conditioning or the waste system. Once we reported it to the staff, they were really helpful and did everything they could to resolve the issue, including offering us free breakfast. As we were only staying for one night, we decided to stay in the room, but had we been staying longer, they were more than happy to move us to another room. Despite the issue, the staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating.

Everything from check-in, room, meals, location, room facilities and easy check-out were great.
My only disappointment was the fact that the residents bar closed shortly after 11.00pm - and I could see a few people's surprise also at that - not everyone goes to late night noisy clubs/bars after having been to the theatre or a concert (as we and others there had done) so a couple of hours of drinks and getting to mix with others (as myself and my wife have experienced in other well established 'name' hotels have done) would have been appreciated! As it was, it was relatively early to bed, otherwise we'd liked to have increased our stay experience. Thank you.

On arrival the person on reception noted my dad was in a wheelchair and arranged for him to be in an accessible room which was perfect. The room and bathroom was very good for him to move around. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast also very good with good choice of hot and cold food. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff so friendly they couldn't do enough for myself and partner, made our stay very special and comfortable. Room excellent with tea/coffee making facilities and there was a cool water machine in the corridor so we could fill the containers provided with fresh water as and when required. Bedding very clean, crisp and comfortable. Fluffy pillows, very warm duvet. Loved the toiletries provided in the bathroom too. Brilliant, roomy shower. Close proximity to the Opera House and we had booked a show there hence our choice of hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, highly recommended. Good breakfast provided.
