Very much liked the feel of the place - the mix of post industrial and modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room felt homely and comfortable

The location was great, couldn't fault anything with the hotel...the breakfast was fresh and tasty, .the staff were lovely. The only thing to let this experience down was the weather, but that is out of everyone's control!

The location for Aviva Studios was excellent also close to other attractions.
Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout.
The room was an excellent size and well designed and appointed. The bathroom was also an excellent size.
The staff were friendly and helpful. All looked smart and professional.
The food both for breakfast and evening meal was very good. The bar offered a very good range of drinks.
Thee bar/restaurant was comfortable and well laid out.
Extra heating through plug in radiator provided without request to supplement the bulit in heating.
The room was chilly. The heating outlet was near the door and so seemed inefficient to heat the large space of the room.
Tgere was no net/foille over the window so the curtains neede to be closed as felt room could be overlooked by new neighbouring bulidings.

Great location even better if you manage to park outside
Cleanliness there was a half eaten chocolate cookie at the side of the bed, lots of cobwebs but understand they come back. we told reception, who wanted us to move rooms, they didn't go and move the biscuit, we got offered a drinks voucher but declined, we got 2cans of coke upon our return

The bedroom was cold....poss due to the old brickwork which, though beautiful hold the cold
The breakfast was nice but I have better.
