Rooms were very big and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Pretty good breakfast with both hot and cold items. Staff was lovely. Close to the centre of town.
No free parking. Very limited parking at site and it costs 20GBP! If there is no parking onsite, you have to park at a car park about 5 minutes away.

Great location, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast, lovely features and style of hotel, good size room, nice shower and amenities, comfy pillows, great heating!
For this price, not much to not like really, if pushed, bed was a bit springy, but still had a great night sleep

The hotel was nice inside and in a good location for us
The noise in the room. We complained to reception but were ignored. A manager emailed me but then never followed up. The room had a noise in it all night so we got no sleep. It was like a motor whirling.

Right next to Aviva, where I was at a gig.
An extra £10 was charged to my credit card AFTER I had checked out and paid the full amount! I understand about a hotel holding a deposit against a card in advance, but I’ve never had it taken after I’ve paid in full. I called and they said it would be refunded…

Excellent campus of the hotel and very nice bar/restaurant in the facility. The nearby area in Spinningfields is full of great pubs/restaurants, live music venues (Aviva Studio), you can't go wrong with the location

Staff were incredible at the hotel, beds and rooms were so clean and comfy as well. Breakfast was such a good choice of food and great quality and loved the take away coffee as well for your morning this was so appreciated!
Nothing, there was no air con in our first room but the facilities manager came round straight away to fix it and couldnt and then moved our room and upgrade so it was brilliant service and so quick as well
