Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and characterful. Staff are really friendly and helpful. (It was pouring down and they let me quickly park outside so I could drop my suitcase off before finding an alternative car park). Lovely breakfast. My second stay and I would certainly return.
Lack of parking at the hotel itself. Sadly, you now have to pay an additional charge for certain options at breakfast.

Beautifully clean, the beds are SO comfortable and the bed sheets are very soft. Hotel and rooms are STUNNING and so cosy! Breakfast was great. Family rooms are incredibly spacious which was great for our 2 children. Lovely location with some great restaurants just a stones throw away! Very calm, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!!
Only 4 things that would’ve made this a 10/10 property - 1) Room service is only available if you pre-authorise an amount at reception as the card machines do not reach to the rooms which was a shame 2) Breakfast was very tasty and great quality but could’ve done with a bit more of a variety & a better coffee machine as it kept breaking! 3) Having a main light in the rooms would be great as it could be a bit dark at times with just the lamps 4) A pool would be the icing on top of the cake!

Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Let us access breakfast buffet early when we had an early start.
