Well located and in the quiet part of Manchester which was lovely. But still everything is in walking distance or a short cab ride, would always advice to walk though around town you’ll get there faster.
Check in staff should be in abundance especially for a busy valentines weekend, but if an oversight by management. Also when checking in the staff member was not very helpful on what we needed to do to park at the NCP over the road, luckily when checking out the person we had was much helpful. So will put that down to being overwhelmed with the number of people trying to check in… no eggs at breakfast either.

Easy check-in and check-out, exactly as you need for business travel. Beautiful room with exposed bricks and original beams. Very comfy beds.

Location was excellent
Initial room provided the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom door was damaged. Overall the room was nice but little details like the toilet roll holder being broken weren’t great. The hotel moved us to a new room and this was much better. Staff were excellent.

The room itself was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The level of service was exceptional.
The TVs in the room were good quality but it would be good if a promoted Smart TV allowed guests the ability to log onto Netflix or Prime Video as an option. But this is relatively marginal

Did what it said on the tin. Despite it being a large brand hotel it had lots of character as they’ve kept the old features from the old building. Very nice. Great central location
