room good, and cool in the heatwave. Walked to all the places we needed to be at.
Ceck in slow as group in front having issues. No biggie but about a 15 min wait.

Very near the venue for a band we were seeing. Comfortable beds and nice spacious room. Nice bar area and also enjoyed the breakfast

Facility is dated , wood interior and ceilings low . Arriving fountain empty and dirty, view from room a filthy roof and some back yard Aircon panel and difficult to set. Calling room service just rang no response

Location is great. Close to cafes and the convention centre was walking distance which was convenient for my conference. Nice aesthetic of the rooms and was quiet
For a 5 star hotel alot of things were missing including slippers, bath robes, complimentary water would have been great instead of walking back and forth the corridor for water everytime. Cleaning wasn't really cleaning it was emptying bins and making beds only

We waited in a queue for half an hour just to check in. Struggled sleeping due to other guests being loud as we were saying on bottom floor.

Location
Tried to check in twice but had to come back due to long queues meaning we were missing a wedding. Then told the hotel was overbooked and we didn’t have a room despite prepaying and we would have to stay at another Marriott! Final found us a room where 2 different height single beds had to be pushed together, romantic! Residents bar shutting when we got back and had to argue to have 15 minutes to get one drink in there past midnight!
