Wonderful
The rooms are easily accessible with luggage, the staff are very helpful and it has a good choice of restaurants. It is also a great location for easy access to Manchester airport using their shuttle service.
Signage wasn’t very clear for getting to San Carlo Fiorentina through the hotel, but the staff were great at helping us find our way.

Facilities were clean and sufficient for our short stay. Food in the restaurant was excellent..
No guest lift for customers carrying luggage..
Car parking was in very short supply.

The pool and spa area was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable.
I had my husband’s guide dog with me as we were meeting my husband off the plane the next day and they didn’t charge me for the dog even though he wasn’t actually working while he was in the hotel. I really appreciated this.

Loved the pool they also kept me on the 1st floor. As I’m in wheelchair. So was easier to move around the hotel the pool was a great place for a swim. And the self code locks in the change rooms are a lot better
The pricing was a bit erroneous being charge full amount for breakfast when the children only ate toast and a sausage
Also parking costs we get it is near to the airport. But having disabled vehicle that cannot park near to the entrance because the bays are occupied by. Same car 24 hours everyday probably. Park and fly. Park and fly should be allocated parking further down
On a good note there are ample electric vehicle chargers. But our. Long wheel base vehicle meant we had to drive over the tyre stop at the kerb end or we would have been protruding into the driveway

The hotel was an ideal place to stay a night to drop-off our Hertz rental car in the adjoining carpark before flying out of Manchester airport, with a free shuttle service provided. The room was fairly basic but clean and well-furnished. The breakfast and French restaurant for lunch were both very good. The adjoining Italian restaurant- San Carlo-was an unexpected culinary delight for dinner. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and stored our luggage for us until our room was ready while we dined in the French restaurant.
A walk-in shower would have been better than the old-fashioned shower over the bath, but it is appreciated that families with young children sometimes need the bath.

The only reason we stayed there is because it’s close to the airport and it’s where the Manchester Airport hertz location is now. For that it is perfect. Decent bar and breakfast. There are lots of facilities but we didn’t use them
