I liked the two restaurants - we ate at the french one. Happy Hour prices were a good deal and the food was excellent for a hotel restaurant.
The executive lounge was a nice respite.
The shuttle bus never came to Terminal 1. We waited over 30 minutes.
There is no elevator to take you to floor 0, which is where a bunch of rooms (including ours) were.
The layout is pretty confusing, but there are good signs.

Being close to Hertz car rental drop off and shuttle to airport makes the Marriott very convenient for car drop off and pick up and before or after flying. Staff very friendly and helpful. King room was a good size and comfortable, and also had a refrigerator.
Nothing really, there is a pub called The Romper within 10 minutes walk if you want a pub meal rather than the french and Italian options.

Leisure facilities were good.
The receptionist directed my daughter and I to the leisure facility by going outside and walking all round the building in the freezing cold with just a thin bed dress on and slippers, we were told after by a maintenance guy we could have just gone through a door at the end of the corridor from our room (just four doors away)

The food in the restaurant was surprisingly excellent. I also liked the architecture and landscaping. It did not feel like the usual large sterile airport hotel with no character.

We had a great 'mini-spa' day at the hotel: the pool and sauna areas were just what we needed. Our room was spacious and clean. It was over our normal price range, but this was booked as a treat and it was great. Thank you!
We did struggle to get the temperature of the room right.

The pool/spa is not to miss! I only had one night here and almost didn’t bother, but I was so glad I went swimming. The restaurants are also very nice, might be a touch expensive but bundling breakfast with your booking is abundantly worth it and quite delicious. I am gluten free and they had a lot of good options for me, including “French fries” cooked in a dedicated fryer so there is no cross-contamination.
The air conditioning in my room was out, but I didn’t bother complaining since it wasn’t too bad. So I can’t speak to how the staff may have responded if I had needed to complain. The property is a little spread out but I found the signage was pretty good and I didn’t have any trouble finding things—just follow the signs, not your sense of direction!

Very big room with additional sofa. Great spa with saunas, jakuzi and pool.
Not special breakfasts, there is no separate lobby area, without a car or a taxi it is quite complicated to get in or out. No possibility to mirror screen from phone/laptop to tv. Cold water in the shower.

The French Bistro was very good and the food excellent
The shower control wasn't obvious to work and it was an over bath shower which was impossible for my Mother to use.
At breakfast the toast for the scrambled egg wasn't toasted and didn't have any butter on.

Not Much, I wont be staying again as i travel every week for work, i was hoping to find a good hotel to stay in each week, i was very disappointed
no housekeeping, paying ridiculous amount for parking yet having to park in the overspill car park with very uneven ground which is bad for my car and then such a walk from the hotel. breakfast not included so all in all a bad experience and expensive fro what it was. Room was not as expected and i couldn't wait to leave.
