Hardly anything to like. The location is far off the city Centre. Ubers cant even find the location driveway.
The Restaurants close without notice at 9 25pm when guests are staying in. The Italian restaurant is mainly for outsiders and is pretty unwelcoming of people who are staying in the Suite! They want us to only sut at the high chairs when my wide was clearly uncomfortable to do do with plenty of empty regular tables. Housekeeping doesnt bother to take away used cups, housekeeping doesnt move room servuce trays for 12 hours after a meal. Horrible experience in short

Breakfast was good 2 mornings but on the 3rd morning...... weather it was a a bank Holiday Monday (staff shortages) or not it wasn’t the same experience. As the food wasn’t replenished. Quickly
I have a peticular complaint about an incident I had, the room, I had with my 3 children had a connecting room with a room beside us which is connected by two double doors that are locked. (Usually for bigger groups or families)
On one of of our days my family and myself were having a lie down most of us semi asleep in the middle of the day, ,when we were rudely awoken by our neighbours ..let's just say screaming in extatacy from having an intimate time.
It was embarrassing for me in front of my kids but I awoke from my slumber and turned on the TV ..loud enough to drown them out.
Thankfully I don't think my kids realised what happened. But from that time on ,I left the TV on .To avoid any further embarrassment.
That very night my noisy neighbours reported us to reception that my TV was too loud and according to my son ...while I was asleep at 12 :30am , and before he got to the nocking door .
Someone from the staff shouted out "turn your TV down or you'll have to leave.
I didn't hear about this until the next morning when I woke up.
As my son didn't really know what to do .
He told me about it the following morning..
The TV wasn't even that loud ..Just enough to drown out the animal sounds next door.
Firstly ..most modern hotels nowadays have a volume limit on TVs that can't penertrate to the next door. .
Secondary no-one should be able to to hear sexual moaning from next door.

Very nice accommodation with very friendly staff, they were very helpful and always available if I had any issues, the hotel and room were fairly well cleaned, the tv allowed connectivity to the phone if whatever was on at the moment didn't interest me, bathroom was very clean, with a very big bathtub and necessary amenities.
The only real thing that has bothered me was that the doors don't properly seal all the way to the bottom, so we had to cover it with towels to try and prevent a bit of noise from the hallways.

Ideal for the last night of our stay as close to the airport.
Pool and gym open to the non guests/ public gym members so was very crowded when took the kids swimming.

Clean and staff put the travel cot up prior to arrival.
Bed wasn’t very comfy. Have stayed before and the bed was comfy then. Also the fact that you have to pay for parking when staying at the hotel. That for me is a bit of a rip off.
