Hotel was lovely and very comfortable. Pool and restaurants were great. Especially San carlo. Rooms are comfortable but dated. Staff were friendly. Very close to airport and old Trafford shopping centre.

The fact that we booked for 3 adults and there was only a double bed made up. Had to ring twice and also go to reception to only wait 2 hours for the third bed to be made up at 10:30 PM
Also to be told that breakfast was at 06:30, which was incorrect. This meaning that we could not get breakfast before we had to leave the hotel. Oh, and we paid for breakfast with the booking.
I will never book here again if I ever fly from Manchester Airport.

Beds were comfy
Crazy overpriced just scamming people who need to be close to the airport. WiFi didn’t work, outdated equipment in the room. Very limit in room dining menu, lobby shop again crazily overpriced. Very poor value for money
