Bedrooms were clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly.
We booked last minute due to our flights being postponed to the following day once we arrived at the airport, the drinks and food were quite pricey but there was no alternative nearby. However, it was what we expected.

Neetu on reception was a credit to the hotel & her customer service was excellent
What I can only presume was a laundry delivery as it sounded like metal cages rattling very early in the morning outside our room

Lovely pool. Water was warm with ample space for the kids to splash, lanes for swimming lengths and jacuzzi. Bedroom was a good size. Two double beds plus a sofa bed meant that everyone was comfortable and the teenagers don’t have to share! Staff friendly and helpful.
Room layout was confusing initially. Although the restaurant food was tasty, it was pricey.

everything met our expectations perfectly for a 1 night pre holiday stay. If anyone likes to stay at the airport before going on holiday i would definitely recommend this hotel. Perfect.

It’s a nice hotel overall , to get to the room you have to get though a maze so be prepared to keep your wits about you especially when you arrive a bit tired late evening, staff are really nice and I found them to be genuinely helpful so full marks for that .
Given the fact that it’s a 4 star I found the breakfast rather average, fact is you have to pay for even a cappuccino on top of the money you have paid for breakfast, I found that almost low cost airlinish which you don’t expect from Mariott but there you are.
