The room was big and the leisure facilities were really good.
Difficult to find the room, it was like a labyrinth. The restaurants are expensive.

Location was good for our flight the next day.
We booked a superior room and did not receive this room. On our arrival at 1.30am in the morning after a long flight we were told that they were just about to cancel our booking as we were late

Great welcome from Beth on reception. The room was large, clean and good value for money. Lovely breakfast.
The food unfortunately ruined what would have been a pleasant evening. In fairness it was refund ed on return & the restaurant manager offered a replacement. I may have been unlucky but if my experience was representative of the norm, this area of the business needs urgent attention. This was my first stay at a Delta Hotel. Lots of positives but I will not be staying again.

Good location, room was big, nice to have a pool
Prices of the shop were extortionate and taking the mic considering you could drive 5 mins into Hale and get it half the price in any other shop. Sauna was a little overcrowded due to locals coming in
