Wonderful
Comfortable room, very pleasant staff once he relaxed. Felt very rushed dropping off all our bags before moving vehicle and risk of getting ticket for over 15min
Only 2 towels for 4 adults in family room, had to compromise times for shuttle as 2 closest times already full

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a choice of restaurants and a lovely bar.
The rooms were comfortable in size and quiet.
The air conditioning was loud.

It was nice and clean the cleaning ladies did a great job and they were very nice. The pool was fun and clean.
It was very complicated to get a pool towel, they have a pity system to pay deposit for towels in cash money.
The food was very basic, I did not even feel I was in Greece. The staff was overwhelmed and focusing on what we are not allowed to do with all their communications. It was not a welcoming environment overall.

I was a bit disappointed as the only reason I booked there was because of the pool I had 2 kids and I didn’t know they were not allowed to swim with only one adult below 8 years old - I believe they should mention this on the booking
I didn’t know the Italian was seperate from the hotel- they were not so

The rooms were nice, dark and cold. Perfect combo for sleep. Really nice check in staff.

The only reason we stayed there is because it’s close to the airport and it’s where the Manchester Airport hertz location is now. For that it is perfect. Decent bar and breakfast. There are lots of facilities but we didn’t use them

Clean, well serviced, very close to airport with free bus to the hotel from the airport and a very reasonabley priced transfer to the airport also. Food is very expensive at the hotel but the quality does justify the price. It was Devine! The pool is one of the best I have been to in the area with nice clean changing facilities including lockers and hair dryers etc. sauna steam room and cold plunge pool also
Like I say the food is very expensive in the restaurant with no lower budget options on site. There is quite a large selection of snacks beers and wine available to buy in a shop like area near the entrance to the hotel however a bottle of "chicken wine" was nearly £25 which is a bit of a joke tbh and makes me doubt the quality of the wine available to purchase in the restaurants

I liked the two restaurants - we ate at the french one. Happy Hour prices were a good deal and the food was excellent for a hotel restaurant.
The executive lounge was a nice respite.
The shuttle bus never came to Terminal 1. We waited over 30 minutes.
There is no elevator to take you to floor 0, which is where a bunch of rooms (including ours) were.
The layout is pretty confusing, but there are good signs.
