The hotel room was clean and spacious. The two staff members that served us as we left were friendly and made conversation with us which was nice. There was a bigger parking area at the side of the hotel which had plenty of available spaces for people to use.
The staff member on reception when we arrived was not the most helpful or friendly. We went to the bar for drinks on our arrival and there was only one member of staff working alone so there was quite a wait for drinks especially as the restaurant area was getting busier. Apart from this we couldn’t fault the hotel the stay was very good!.

Michael the manger was great, very helpful, but the night manager was not very good resolving an issues, very poor customer service
The manager customer service was very poor, after the day manger gave us a free trip to the airport, the night manager questioned the decision, very poor management
