Property was clean and well presented, especially the rooms. Leisure facilities were good and the breakfast was of good quality. Proximity to the airport was good.
Dined in the restaurant and considering it wasn’t too busy, the food took quite a while to come. Hotel shuttle to the airport is £4 per person (just for awareness)

I arrived late and staff were helpful to get to my room as there was only 1 guest lift
Only 1 small lift for for guest use and had to walk what seemed like forever to get to my room. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Shower had hardly any power and the complimentary toiletries did not smell even slightly nice did not meet expectations.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good facilities, but unable to access as only one night stay. Shuttle bus service a bonus.
A little pricey, cooked breakfast wasn't very warm.

I think the bathrooms need a bit of an update, also the price of the parking is very expensive I feel this could be cheaper or inlcuded in the stay

I liked the fact that the hotel is quiet and I had a good rest. I also enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable
1. I didn't like that is not mentioned anywhere that they are not providing robes for the swimming pool. Only the suite and executive rooms provides all the necessary for using the swimming pool. It is expected that hotel would provide all of these once it is advertised as having a spa and wellness centre. My room was named Deluxe King Room which actually means a standard normal room.
2. The outside areas and gardens are full of rats that you can see them walking around. They should invest more in pesticide as it is not acceptable for a 4* hotel to have this issue.
3. My room was not equipped with any wardrobe. There were only some hangers on the wall. I stayed only for one night, and I was not very bothered, but it would be very uncomfortable if I would stay more nights.

Location was great and parking was easy. Staff were all really lovely, especially Beth on reception when I checked in and the 2 gentlemen that helped me in the morning when I was checking out. Great airport hotel without the feel of an airport hotel.
