Staff were great, transport to sirport was great, and it was lovely to see trees outside the window, rather than being in a high rise. I would highly recommend.

The staff was amazingly helpful. It was so hot over the summer June weekend we asked for extra water and they immediately came around with ice bucket and water.
The rooms are quite far away and have to walk quite a lot. It would be difficult for elderly people and specially couples with children and pushchairs. The AC doesn’t work properly at all. The carpet also looked very old and dirty.

We stayed in a suite which was spacious and really comfortable. Nice access to lounge for drinks and canapés and light breakfast was also lovely. Good location for our needs and friendly service.
Cost of parking was a shame considering how much you pay for room. Rooms lack some personality, very corporate feel.

No tv, reported took someone till 9:20 at night to come. Aircon very poor. Room very dated, none of the usbs worked all broken, staff wasn’t interested. Kept getting phone put down when trying to call for assistance

Passage carpets were not very clean, told I would usually have to pay to get decaffeinated coffee with breakfast, no walk in shower

The pool area was lovely, the room was nice and clean
The breakfast was a bit poor, was only warm and we went down for 7am,thought there would have been a proper coffee maker
