Very nice luxurious hotel very big rooms aswel plus there is a san carlo restaurant there aswel and the swimming pool is really good
Long walks to your rooms and the hotel is like a maze aswel

Lovely rooms. Large and well appointed.
As we were on floor 0, not much natural light. Such a large hotel it was quite difficult to navigate, and find the correct room. Signage could have been a little clearer. We asked for early check in for 2 rooms, after negotiation got one (at extra charge). Despite knowing our tight timescale to attend a wedding, we were told at 2.50 the second room was not going to be available until after normal check in time. They did resolve but we were a little disappointed with the level of service.

Wonderful
Comfortable room, very pleasant staff once he relaxed. Felt very rushed dropping off all our bags before moving vehicle and risk of getting ticket for over 15min
Only 2 towels for 4 adults in family room, had to compromise times for shuttle as 2 closest times already full

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was ok ( coffee in the executive lounge much better than the main room). Access to the pool for an early morning swim was brilliant. Very easy to get to from airport.
The mattress was very hard.

It was nice and clean the cleaning ladies did a great job and they were very nice. The pool was fun and clean.
It was very complicated to get a pool towel, they have a pity system to pay deposit for towels in cash money.
The food was very basic, I did not even feel I was in Greece. The staff was overwhelmed and focusing on what we are not allowed to do with all their communications. It was not a welcoming environment overall.

Evening meal in the brasserie was very good and the staff there were excellent. Pool and leisure facilities excellent. Our family room was spacious and comfortable.
Please add more coffee options at breakfast. Not everyone who likes coffee can drink strong filter coffee.
