Good location, room was big, nice to have a pool
Prices of the shop were extortionate and taking the mic considering you could drive 5 mins into Hale and get it half the price in any other shop. Sauna was a little overcrowded due to locals coming in

Spent a night before our holiday and a night after with parking. Transfer to airport well organised. Lovely quality hotel with spa and we won an upgrade to suite and use of executive lounge, brilliant for one of them.

Staff where very friendly and helpful, especially Michael on reception who helped with making my daughters birthday stay special.
The only fault we could find was the fried eggs at breakfast could have been cooked a little longer other than that a lovely stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel and its facilities were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay.
Breakfast offered a good variety, including all the items you would expect from a full English, alongside fruit, yoghurt, cereals, and other options.
The only downside was the hotel’s layout. Although it has just two floors, the building is quite long and winding, which resulted in a lot of walking. This was particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage.

I liked the two restaurants - we ate at the french one. Happy Hour prices were a good deal and the food was excellent for a hotel restaurant.
The executive lounge was a nice respite.
The shuttle bus never came to Terminal 1. We waited over 30 minutes.
There is no elevator to take you to floor 0, which is where a bunch of rooms (including ours) were.
The layout is pretty confusing, but there are good signs.
