We loved the room. We had 2 double beds and a sofa and seating area. We loved the pool.
In the pool area it clearly states, multiple times, no mobile phones allowed. This is standard now in the UK to protect children in particular, and yet there were 5 men openly using their phones, and NO member of staff did anything. We have stayed here before, and I complained about this before. Clearly, this happens daily. Do not bring your children here. Any one of those men could have been filming my child, or the little girl having a swimming lesson. This is very serious, and hotel do not seem to care.

It’s reasonable value for money … however
Available Parking is always far from the main entrance. Areas, such as the elevator was not cleaned at all, throughout the whole weekend.
Tissues in the bathroom were not refilled when empty .
It feels like a Maze when walking to the bedroom

Location just off the motorway. Staff - all were fantastic. On arrival we were offered a meal deal that was honestly fabulous and great value. Swimming area great too.
The only thing I thought expensive was the parking but I suppose that’s like many hotels these days.

The food in the Brasserie was excellent.
The staff were outstandingly friendly and professional. One, Norman, helped us find our way around the hotel and helped us get a disabled parking space because I was injured. He really went out of his way on this.
It was very close to the airport, so ideal for us, and the receptionist was very helpful enabling us to decide the best way of getting to the Terminal.
It was a little tricky to navigate so you could find exits and entrances. The corridors system was a little confusing
