The hotel was clean, very handy to Manchester airport and the hotel facilities were very good. Airport shuttle was quick and easy to access, the driver was very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job of letting us know where to go to check into flights upon dropping us off.
Check in took a little while as my booking was not found immediately. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Clean, well serviced, very close to airport with free bus to the hotel from the airport and a very reasonabley priced transfer to the airport also. Food is very expensive at the hotel but the quality does justify the price. It was Devine! The pool is one of the best I have been to in the area with nice clean changing facilities including lockers and hair dryers etc. sauna steam room and cold plunge pool also
Like I say the food is very expensive in the restaurant with no lower budget options on site. There is quite a large selection of snacks beers and wine available to buy in a shop like area near the entrance to the hotel however a bottle of "chicken wine" was nearly £25 which is a bit of a joke tbh and makes me doubt the quality of the wine available to purchase in the restaurants

The staff was nice, the bar and restaurant was good. The rooms are big with nice sofas.
There was no free WiFi, after paying that much you would expect to get WiFi. There was no signal either, so we weren’t able to use our phones at all. The beds were really hard so couldn’t sleep at all.

Great location especially if you need to drop a Hertz car back like we did.
One fantastic Italian restaurant.
It’s a pricey hotel given it needs a little update in places. It’s a bit of a rabbit warren
