All the family rooms must be together as we had screaming kids banging left and right of us and felt we were in the middle of feral families! Didn’t sleep because of banging at 2-3am a joke. The breakfast was awful - we came down at 10am-bearing in mind it stipulated breakfast is until 11 and nothing was left! Had to wait for eggs but then sausages then croissants etc it was awful! One chef panic cooking.

Great location for easy access to MCR airport. San Carlo restaurant on site always a bonus.
Check in and out can be protracted - it’s a very busy hotel and staffing levels appeared inadequate.
Rooms a bit dated now.

Great location. Lovely restaurants and bars. Good parking
Was surprised that room had not been cleaned for 3 night stay. Understand not changing towels and bedding but expected beds to be made and general tidy in executive room.
