Great location and very comfortable room (if a little small).
Reception staff, particularly Carla, were absolutely fantastic and very patient with my bizarre efforts to sort parking.

Comfy room, great location for Piccadilly station, good choice for breakfast. No leaks or blockages or anything to complain about really
If i had to be picky... the soap is above the loo roll holder, so the loo roll gets wet

The bar staff and bar
The room was small, the bath had chipped enamel and was poorly set out. The TV works off a digital signal and this was lost on several occassions.
The bed was small, in todays world most hotels have King size beds, if you are providing a standard double bed, state it not say large double bed.

Quality furnishings and design. Friendly and professional staff. Great location. Once more a top contribution to hospitality from Malmaison. My partner is still talking about the home made granola at breakfast.
Because it’s two buildings attached to each other, some signage is needed to prevent wandering around the corridors.
