The staff were lovely and happy. the common areas were good and lively and funky decor. breakfast was good. three of us had a veggie breakfast, very good. Location was post on for the train station.
We were offered rooms next to each other but with that came the direct comparison and our room 203 was distinctly smaller than 202. Which was a huge shame, considering the weekend we booked, well in advance but paid three times what the usual Saturday night price is for the room for it to be very small. if i were to book now for say 11th July it would be £135.00

The staff are accomodating. The air con is fantastic and was lowered to 16 for me by staff.
The quality of pillows, quilt and bedding is fantastic!
Everything you need for a comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Last time I could lower my aircon from my room. This time it woukdnt go below 19 until I asked a staff member.

Every member of staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our club room was a lovely size, and given the hot weekend we stayed, a perfect cooler temperature. Check in and check out was straightforward and lots of choice and quick service at breakfast.
Cocktail prices were quite steep.

Great location almost next to train station. Helpfull staff. Dinner there was quite good.
We thought the breakfast was quite expensive, but found options outside the hotel.

The location and name was fabulous. My expectations were high. Sadly I was very disappointed
It was noisy at night. The windows are not double glazed and there was lots of motor bike starting up noises during the night. Our room was facing the bin yard.

Excellent hotel. We upgraded to an executive room with restaurant. The room was fabulous. Lovely atmosphere is the bar area, and great cocktails.
