Exceptional
I was so overwhelmed with how friendly the staff were. I wanted for nothing. I had a corner suite and it was beautiful. The location is excellent near the station. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who says they’re going to Manchester.
Nothing. I thought the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent and my full English breakfast was exceptional. I can’t fault this hotel.

Good location. Spacious room, comfy bed, coffee machine, bottles of water.
Hairs in sink, Heated towel rail not working. No bath mat. Key cards failed at end of first day. Complimentary card in room for different guest. Very poor service in restaurant. Food only very average considering price.

Great location and breakfast. Also very nice bar and restaurant downstairs which makes it a very nice place to stay.

A little noisy from the street below. Also the lighting in the room as well as the décor was strange. And we’ve never liked the style of shower where there’s no separation from the rest of the bathroom.

A very trendy, interesting hotel, we loved the different decor. Appreciated that we could check in on arrival early. Rooms are decorated beautifully, and have good facilities. As we were only staying one night, in transit prior to flying home after 2 months away, it was super convenient to have dinner on site, and we enjoyed a special meal deal.
