Room size was great , decor and great bathroom with powerful shower
Couldn’t check in till after 3pm , room had window near to a bin storage area outside awoke to smashing glass in bins at 7am

Very convenient location. The double room was really nicely decorated and spacious with a large bathroom. Quiet at night. Love the bar area too.
We stayed for two nights but our room didn’t get cleaned so we had no tea/milk the next morning.

The breakfast choice is excellent. Service is excellent. Rooms are beautifully decorated and beds are very comfy. We loved the Manchester-culture-themed motifs and artwork throughout the building. Bar/dining area is tastefully designed.

Staff friendly. Beautiful reception area & bar and dining room. Room was clean, bed was comfy.
The room was very dark & dismissal. 1 window that was able to let light in, two other windows that where frosted out so no.natural.light coming through. The room was quite cold and once we had figured out how to use the heating system (no information given about use of swipe card to use the heating ) we couldn't have the heating on for long as it was so noisy! Banging & clanging from the heating vent in the room.

Beautiful hotel. Price was amazing for Good Friday but nob view for that price which we didn't mind. Room was lovely, clean and comfy bed.

Stayed for 2 nights and could just come and go as i liked into the hotel.
The road noise the room at the front of the hotel 1window lach not closing on 1window to lessen the noise.would get a room at the back of hotel next time when staying here.

Check in member of staff wasn’t welcoming at all. It’s not hard to smile and her tone was all very matter of fact. She told me at check in that the upgrade I’d requested wasn’t available then miraculously it was. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Think the room was a work in progress ref decoration (see photo) did they run out of paint. I paid £160 for a terrible nights sleep…..expected more. The continental breakfast was £24 but impressive, however I didn’t get the cereal I ordered, no jam for the toast
