We had a fantastic stay at Malmaison Manchester. The hotel was clean, stylish, and in a great location within walking distance of the city centre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well presented. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay here again.
Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, and we had a really enjoyable stay.

Very Good
Great location, friendly staff and good sized room with everything you needed for an overnight stay.
I didn’t think the pillow was particularly comfy and no plug on one side of the bed only the old usb points which don’t work on the newer phones but minor points really.

Friendly staff on reception & in bar. Clean room & facilities. Room uniquely decorated celebrating manchester's music culture & pics of Tony Wilson & Elsie Tanner (Coronation St).
So handy for piccadilly station. Will definitely stay again when we attend another concert.

Openable windows
Room fridge
Comfy bed
Black-out curtains
Room coffee bags
Relaxed bar area
Close to Manchester Picadilly Station and easy to get to where I needed to be.
Mostly quiet in hotel and not much extraneous noise either.
I asked for my room not to be refreshed but it was... A strange quibble perhaps.
The shower wasn't v strong...I appreciate to save water probably.
Paintwork especially in bathroom quite tatty and Room could have been better cleaned. Quite dusty.
Small room just a bit wider than bed.
The area was a bit rough.
I stayed here as a treat while visiting Manchester for a concert and felt a little let down. I was expecting a lot more from a Malmaison hotel and for the price paid.

Very central
The staff didnt warn us to use the key card to access the lift. We are an older couple and would have appreciated the warning that the lift takes you to the third floor the doors jam then it goes back to ground. On checking out we asked the reception staff and they confirmed that was the case. It was pretty scary and spoilt the check in as we thought we were stuck in a lift

Pleasant
Spacious bedrooms, clean and comfortable bedding, with good selection of equipment and products in the room. Slept well.
Cleanliness of public areas was poor. The hotel appeared to be very under staffed meaning cleaning of bar area, restaurant, was poor. The staff working were very busy.
