We have always wanted to stay and did this at new years eve it was going to be special the staff were very good
We had a problem with the TV which they tried to sort out twice to be told that we had it on a channel which we didn't want it was upsetting after that we wanted to go home and they refunded our money

We had a corner suite and it was great, really well set out with a great bathroom
Only a small issue, there was no hot chocolate in the morning. One person said they would fill the machine and after waiting a while I asked another person who said it was broke.

Great location, comfy bed, quirky decor.
Good breakfast options.
Only one set of towels available but not really an issue as we were only there one night. Dim lighting on the corridors.

Good breakfast and great location for train, trams and shopping. Decor is unique and interesting.
Room was compact but not sure if the £15 upgrade would be worth it. Maybe go for it next time?

Breakfast was very good but the restaurant was cold
No tv although you could of got it from an app on your phone but I’m useless on the phone,my partner is very good but he could not get it
The room was cold ended up putting towels and dressing gowns on the bed
Stayed in this hotel many times but never again

Bad WiFi. Hardly connected.
Water was not hot enough.
Bathroom shower door and tiles had a lot of mould on them.
Hair dryer guard was missing and sucked my hair in. Had to cut it out!

Comfy bed
Cracked bath , tv didn’t work , no tea or coffee in room , girl on check in told us we didn’t have a booking so panicked me . I could go on ….
