Wonderful
Fabulous location, great staff, we were able to check in early so that was a bonus. Comfortable and stylish room, great residents bar and tasty breakfast. Our second stay, looking to our third!

I was assigned a dark dingy corner room which I complained about. The wall covering is bizarre and not at all relaxing. The woman on reception was not welcoming

Very convenient location near the station but no noise in the room. Comfy bed and all expected facilities, clean and in good condition
One tiny issue - there was not quite enough light for me to do my makeup even with the in-built light in the mirror.
