Great location, lovely room.
The breakfast experience was a let down, underdone eggs and not many options; the coffee machine was broken and we weren’t given a menu. Also the fire alarm went off randomly at about 9:30, there was no signage that there was a test planned so that scared the life out of us.

Location and early check in.
We got sent a email to upgrade for 3 pound so I did. When we got there the so called up grade was not any different. I had booked a twin they put us in a double that was not an issue. However I think the hotel is a little tired. It was noticeably getting old with the bathroom. The bedroom was possible 3 star grading. I chose the malmason as I have tried many hotel but not this group. My recommendations are for parking and central book this hotel. If you want more comfort look around at more updated hotels.
