Great hotel, right near town and the station. Cool decor. Friendly staff. Comfortable.
Breakfast was quite expensive and the eggs were really watery. Nothing dreadful but for the price I was expecting a bit better.

room was great for the price large bedroom and living space
that it was cold and could not turn the heating up at all. was warmer in the hallway which was disappointing but would not stop us from booking this hotel and room again just hope the heating gets sorted.... oh nearly forgot the bar and the bar staff they made the hotel really enjoyable please get a drink at the bar if you drink

I like that the rooms have bathtubs, the staff are wonderful, i think if the hotel was refurbished it could become very cool again

I was so overwhelmed with how friendly the staff were. I wanted for nothing. I had a corner suite and it was beautiful. The location is excellent near the station. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who says they’re going to Manchester.
Nothing. I thought the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent and my full English breakfast was exceptional. I can’t fault this hotel.

Good location. Spacious room, comfy bed, coffee machine, bottles of water.
Hairs in sink, Heated towel rail not working. No bath mat. Key cards failed at end of first day. Complimentary card in room for different guest. Very poor service in restaurant. Food only very average considering price.

Lighting was very dark in the room and the bathroom was very dated with water damage around the skirting and bottom of the bathroom door

Great location and breakfast. Also very nice bar and restaurant downstairs which makes it a very nice place to stay.
Nothing a did not really like. Room was a bit dark and some small noise coming from a fan downstairs
