A good location. The décor , particularly in the public areas, was very good.
I had booked a twin room, but the beds were so close together, it may as well have been a double. Insufficient coffee in the room and no milk. The breakfast experience was poor.

Location, friendliness of staff, modern hotel.
They sent too many emails leading up to my stay trying to get me to upgrade. I lost count of the number of emails - very annoying

Central location with easy access to major transport links. Great comfy bed with Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
The room was not warm enough and that the telephone is not functioning, preventing us from calling them. Also the room itself could use an update

The location was very good. Room was at adequately arranged and well presented.
The room was too cold. It could’ve been pre-warmed. I had to wear my tracksuit to keep warm.

Very dated and worn, some staff were nice, others very disinterested in guests, felt like an inconvenience to engage them e.g. walked up to the reception desk at one point and staff member was staring at computer typing and I said “Hi, how are you ?” And he just continued to type/ stare at computer and say “what can I do for you” feels a bit off/icy for a hotel and more akin to a GP receptionist.

Everything especially the very friendly and helpful staff.
Hmmm... I didn't really find it a problem but if I'd been paying Saturday night priced I may well have.
The handrail in the bathtub was so loose I didn't dare put any weight on it and the thing the water came out of in the bath flew out of its socket when I turned the taps on.
