The room as always was excellent, showers are great - they do flood floor a little. The bar and the staff at the restaurant were also really very good.
We stay here a lot and will be back!

Great welcome on arrival and staff were great from beginning to end. Hotel has a relaxed and fun atmosphere and the bathroom in my room was great.
Wifi in my room was patchy and inconsistent. Very slow on the first night, but did improve. By contrast, the tv signal was great on the first night but then completely unwatchable for the next two nights. Room was definitely on the small side, with barely enough clearance around the (small) double bed to move.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. We’ve stayed before and will stay again.

The hotel is well located in the city centre, close to Piccadilly Station. The room was spacious.
Our room, and indeed the whole hotel was cold. We complained and asked for someone to fix the air conditioning. That didn’t happen, we then asked for a radiator to be sent to the room - that helped a little. Leaving the hairdryer on for an hour also helped!! What a waste of electricity. We sought to warm up down in the bar but that was cold too!
The room was large and the bed ok but overall the hotel and its rooms feel and look tired. We’ve enjoyed other Malmaison hotels across the country, but not this one!!

A comfortable, quiet hotel with great facilities, staff were friendly, the location is great
The lighting was so low in certain areas of the hotel. This includes the room. The light was so dim that I didn't even see the dimmer switch until the next morning. I found the wallpaper a very busy design.
