Good location right by train station. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice bar and bistro in the hotel. Great decor and lovely sized room. Comfortable and had everything we needed.

I liked the atmosphere in the bar restaurant. The decor was nice in my room. It had everything I needed. I had an afternoon tea in the restaurant, it was ok, the cocktail didn’t seem to be freshly made. The staff were very nice and were helpful
Some things were tired, chipped cup, tv reception was bad.

The TV didn't work for first 5 channels the reception knew and didn't tell us.. the room is on the second floor and only one lift accesses it and reception didn't bother to say

The room was large and comfortable and clean
The TV in the room would not load the vast majority of the channels.Also we were given no information about breakfast or dinner options on arrival and as a result spent our money elsewhere.I would expect a higher level of customer service from a 4 star hotel on reception ( arrival and checking out)
