Handy location, air conditioning very welcome, clean well designed room.
They had ran out of ketchup at breakfast. It would be better if the need to pre book parking to get the discount was more obvious.

Very crispy comfy bed and the room was pitch black
No opening windows, bathroom a bit dates. The lift are bad they do what they want. Took me 10 minutes get done once lol

Location
Mobile phone charging points by beds, neither working. No plug sockets near the bed, hook on back of bathroom door broken lots of little gripes you wouldn’t expect at the price we were paying.

Hotel was well presented, beds really comfortable, air con fantastic.
If I had to complain about anything it would be the noise outside and banging doors in the morning but they were tolerable.

Love the free pornstar martini on arrival when our room wasn’t ready, even though we arrived 30 mins after check in.
Can never understand why breakfast should be extra, and at such an extravagant cost.

Well located. Modern rooms
The toilet randomly flushing all night in the room despite it not being in use so caused disturbed sleep. Fire alarm test on the morning of departing but no warning of the fact there would be a fire alarm test so we knew we didn’t have to rush out room!
