Location, friendly staff on reception, warm, comfortable room.
My only tiny criticism was that there wasn’t enough milk for coffees. No matter, I spotted peppermint tea, so my friend could enjoy the coffee.

Location to the train station. Great bar facilities
Reception . I’d requested an upgrade and was advised I’d be notified on check in. I wasn’t but on check out asked to pay the upgrade . I’d already pre paid the room. On checking in the card machine wasn’t working for any extras so it was pay as you go at the bar

Great room and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to manage to get some bar food after a late finish at work.
Unfortunately there was a building site next to my window and they started work a bit earlier than expected.

It needs a refurb the communal areas are a little dog eared and the room decoration leaves a lot to be desired
