very comfortable bed, room was tastefully decorated and spacious. Housekeeping changed bed and cleaned room immaculately daily!

We messaged to say that we were celibrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. And would be lovely if we could have a free upgrade or somthing.
And recived nothing.
Also, was disappointed that the bar wasn't an all night bar for residents.
Apart for that. We loved our stay. Lovely staff. Great hotel.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Suzie the person who was on reception and whom I chiefly liaised with was professional, friendly and courteous and a credit to Malmaison. Overall I had a great stay at the hotel, it was everything I had hoped for.

Hotel is lovely, as were the staff. Area outside not so great and is a little rough with drug addicts milling around, also piccadilly Gardens car park is pretty rough too with access to lifts having graffiti and obvious signs of mis-use.
hotel. and re-visiting manchester after many years to see the obvious large scale re-development that has taken place.
