Making a set meal of Steak and chips is ok but if you want to change the potato option, that is at extra cost i.e. you pay for the chips as well as the replacement option. The principle of this is just all wrong.
I won't eat there again if the policy is simply to rip off the customer. There are plenty of other good options in Manchester

Our room was a bit dated. Stains on the carpet and the furniture had seen better days.
The reception and bar area were lovely but a bit pricey . Saying that my £20 burger was excellent. The service wasn’t great either.

Style of bedrooms, facilities in bedroom namely coffee machine, robes, water. Breakfast was excellent. Location is superb for city centre and seeing a show.

The location from the station is perfect, check in was welcoming and went very smoothly, lovely room clean n tidy with hold decor.
Had a drink in the bar on returning from being out on the Saturday night, it was lovely, great cocktails that team were amazing very engaging a definite asset!!
Sunday morning breakfast was appalling! Thirty mins to get your breakfast, juice bar, pastries,bread and continental section bare poor staff were under pressure!
Not sure if they had some missing but they definitely needed another couple helping especially as the coffee machine was broken..
When breakfast finally did arrive it was presented & cooked well throughly enjoyed it!!
