Room was not clean on arrival and then even though I had asked it was not clean during my stay no apology. Also I was allocated a disabled bedroom without being told

The hotel was close to the railway station and shops. There were lifts.
The hotel room was dark. Even though I said I had mobility problems and would like a room near the lift, they didn't seem to know about the request and I was put a distance away from the lift. The coffee machine wasn't washed properly.

The location is great, near the main train station, and easy walk to the city centre, Canal Street and the Northern Quarter. The room was great (we got a free upgrade), and we also made use of the spa.
The shower water pressure on the top floor is not great

The location was great,the staff were friendly and helpful,room was clean and comfy bed,nice spacious bathroom
I stayed for 1 night after going to the Coop arena for a concert with my Daughter, but we were kept awake by some inconsiderate guests of the hotel on the 4th floor running about our floor banging doors swearing
and arguing mist of the nite and we didnt get back
until 11.30!! Also the breakfast was very expensive
