Great location, great size room, great shower, super comfy pillows.
Very dismissive and quite unwelcoming gentleman on reception. I’m a firm believer that first impressions count and if I’m honest, after experiencing his attitude at check in I actually wanted to go elsewhere.

The front of house is amazing . They very courteous welcoming and greet with such lovely smile when we arrived and leaving.
They so informative as well re facilities and surrounding. Also the room is spacious modern and calming and clean.
Not to say do not like just wish we were informed that we can use the sauna as a guest of hotel as part of the stay we would had brought appropriate wears for that. Shame be nice to testt it out as i am sure be amazing.

Excellent occasion Ben arriving by train. Funky interior decor – would not live with it every day but quite fun. Very decent breakfast; friendly help staff.

Location, room, friendly staff
Poor quality food, breakfast awful and taken off the bill. Other food OK. Feel place gone down, bar like a pub and restaurant poor, no class as remembered a few years back.

Staff were really polite, nice modern clean hotel situated in an easy to get to place for the train and to get to the etihad stadium where we watched the W'end!
The shower was really weak, apart from that I'd stay again for the price paid.
