Location was great
Disappointed immensely with the room. We booked a junior suite it was dirty, dark and not great. Shower wasn’t working properly, sink in bathroom was broke. Bathroom was grubby and just not the best. Staff in restaurant were great just a real shame for our room that was booked as a lovely weekend away.

Location, the room was large and airy and sitting area was good some of the furniture looked tired
The first morning breakfast I had asked the woman that was giving us our food for a teaspoon and her response was rude. We were there for our wedding anniversary so it was not a great start to our day.

The room was quiet and comfortable
It was tired, scruffy and not very clean. The toiletries and drinks provided were basic. The staff weren’t really attentive. I’ve stayed in nicer premier inns.
