The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is unique and designed using Manchester iconography. The bar and cocktails were really nice as well.
I wish the sauna was open later than 6pm but other than that everything was amazing.

Proximity to Piccadilly Station. Able to leave bags at reception the following day when sightseeing
The decor. Bedroom was dark and too poorly lit to see anything. The music in hotel bar was uncomfortably loud. The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable.

Great location and stylish decor. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel offered convenient access to local attractions.
Our room had a strong smell of damp or drain water. We arrived late and didn't report it, hoping it would clear, but the odor remained in the morning.
