Close to the station but convenient for the city centre. Very pleasant and well equipped room; comfortable bed; good service in dining room.
Much is made of the Spa but it can’t be booked from your room or by reception staff, only by visiting it and it was closed from when I arrived to just before I checked out.

I liked the spacious room, little things that add convenience such as slippers, biscuits. Coffee, teas, gown, showers, shampoos, bath. Customer service was great. They helped with any queries. Luggage hold before and aftwr check in which is very handy
I didnt like the toilet flush it was weak, had to press multiple times to flush waste, no telephone number for front desk in the room, the room was cold, I didnt know how to heat it up so instructions in the room would be good.
