Very Good
Great location. Sky tv channels in room. Lots of big comfy pillows. Fastest check in ever. Similar departure. Great shower pressure. I stayed 2 nights and my bed was made day 2. Unexpected. Nice and cold at night as I like it. Very effective air con. Superb location. Very friendly bar staff who seemed to remember me and offered very warm welcome. Small gym. Was fine for me as I was the only person in there. Cleaners were excellent.
Room was world weary. Just needs someone with a paintbrush to touch up the scuff marks. Window was screwed shut and handle also broken. Next door tv was on the other side of my bed head.. the tv wasnt loud but sound came straight through walls.. Had to wear headphones. Plugs by bed had been replaced by USB charging points. I couldnt charge my phone as I have rapid charger. Had to put at other side of room. The toiletries included were good but not memorable. I dont know why the hand wash was sited above the toilet roll. Also didnt like being contacted 4 times before my arrival to ask if I wanted to upgrade. Apparently for an extra £19 a night i would have had access to a coffee machine instead of kettle!

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds, pillows and duvets. Spacious room. 3 mins walking from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station. Close to shops, takeaways if needed.

Location worked for us, which is why me chose it. The breakfast was brilliant and not some lousy hotel slop that's left to dry out on the side. The room was immaculatly kept and the service from staff was really friendly!
