The hotel was close to the railway station and shops. There were lifts.
The hotel room was dark. Even though I said I had mobility problems and would like a room near the lift, they didn't seem to know about the request and I was put a distance away from the lift. The coffee machine wasn't washed properly.

The decor of hotel and room. Shelving unit for extra space to put things. Location to Piccadilly train station was good.
The Starbucks cafe that was advertised wasn’t open but central enough to go elsewhere. Some bits of the room was cramped such as space between wardrobe and left hand side of bed. The hanging rail for the clothes was from the front to the back of the wardrobe so made it difficult to access clothes. Other space in wardrobe taken up with fridge/ironing board/ tea and coffee tray/hairdryer and safe meaning reduced space. Not all of the USB sockets were working so couldn’t charge phone etc by the bed.

The staff were lovely and happy. the common areas were good and lively and funky decor. breakfast was good. three of us had a veggie breakfast, very good. Location was post on for the train station.
We were offered rooms next to each other but with that came the direct comparison and our room 203 was distinctly smaller than 202. Which was a huge shame, considering the weekend we booked, well in advance but paid three times what the usual Saturday night price is for the room for it to be very small. if i were to book now for say 11th July it would be £135.00

Great location almost next to train station. Helpfull staff. Dinner there was quite good.
We thought the breakfast was quite expensive, but found options outside the hotel.

Great hotel, right near town and the station. Cool decor. Friendly staff. Comfortable.
Breakfast was quite expensive and the eggs were really watery. Nothing dreadful but for the price I was expecting a bit better.

room was great for the price large bedroom and living space
that it was cold and could not turn the heating up at all. was warmer in the hallway which was disappointing but would not stop us from booking this hotel and room again just hope the heating gets sorted.... oh nearly forgot the bar and the bar staff they made the hotel really enjoyable please get a drink at the bar if you drink
