It was very chic and unique decor, very nice. Very clean. Super fluffy towels. Lots nice little touches of extras in room like nice biscuits, some Ferrero rocher. Many socket points. Staff so polite and helpful. Breakfast excellent choice and cooked fresh to order.
Bed mattress protector was a bit sweaty feeling.

Beautiful property, In a fantastic location
Location, rooms were beautiful, staff was so friendly and you had everything you needed in the room. Loved all the little touches like having a bottle of water in the fridge

The shower: why are the soaps so far from the shower head?
Do you lose so much money on shower gel that you have to make getting it out of the bottle a test of strength?

Lovely greeting, nice room located on 5th floor.
The aromatics toiletries that you could take at the end of your stay are no longer provided.
Pencils have been charged to plastic pens. I have been collecting the pencils for over 20 years & was hoping to pick up a couple as my supply is running low. Petty probably but that's just me.
Mirror in room had a light that could not be turned off & TV light was in standby mode. I need complete darkness to sleep and these were distracting. Couldn't turn either off due to being wired in at the wall.

Great location friendly staff
We made a reservation in Mal restaurant for Sunday lunch and was booked in for 5pm, however they had stopped serving Sunday lunch.
