Location of the hotel, easy to access from Piccadilly Train Station and easy walk to downtown shopping area.
Seems to be lack of amenities for guest, no microwave, no guest laundry besides send away service with a cost.

Rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable beds, we loved the connecting rooms with our family. The selection of breakfast items was unreal, good quality food.
Bar staff a little slow, asked would they take cash and was told no but was later asked would it be card or cash?

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Manchester as it is the perfect location and the rooms are clean and very spacious. Perfect hotel if attending Warehouse Project too.

Good location.
It was very dirty, lots of dust and even hair on the floor of the room and bathroom.
One of the ceiling panels by the entry door had come loose and it was very noisy especially at night.
Pillows were huge and not comfortable at all.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a big walk in shower.
I thought just short of£400 per night (excluding breakfast) was excessive for the hotel. The Oasis concert was happening so I think prices were increased higher than normal as a result of this, which is quite uninviting and doesn't encourage me to return.
There was no conditioner in the shower - please ensure the products are stocked.
One lift was broken which was inconvenient for a busy weekend stay

The best thing about this hotel, by far, was the staff. Their attention to detail in the restaurant and particularly during breakfast was exceptional. Warm, genuine and very helpful.

I like that it had enough space was clean and everyone was kind and helpful
It's a bit more pricey than it deserves it's a bit dated and also one of the elevators wasn't working it was a little bit annoying

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was perfect- with a city view, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great coffee and tea in the room. The location is ideal, quiet yet not too far from the city centre, just a short walk from the station. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Manchester.
