All the staff were so kind and helpful. Have already changed ticket dates for a concert just so that we could come back and have already booked our next stay here. The location and everything is also super convenient.

Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable beds. Excellent shower and spacious bathroom.
The lifts took a long time and the staircase was rather unappealing. It was not clean. The spa was similarly disappointing in that it had a greasy smell and did not seem clean. We didn’t use not use it despite it being one of the main reasons for booking this hotel.
