It was clean and it was in a good area.
Firstly there was only one lift working so there were queues of people waiting for the lift. In the room there was a tv that would not work, we contacted reception four times and each time they said maintenance would come round to look in 15-20 minutes, never came so we finally gave up with it. Lastly I was charged twice for payment. It’s now resolved however it really isn’t acceptable to take two lots of payments.

The rooms were excellent, very comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel on the whole is very calm and relaxing.
The lack of gluten free options on the menus just doesn’t make sense. The only items labeled on the menu are GF are sides, why couldn’t the steak be gluten free or hold gf bread in the freezer to make sandwiches

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. I found black marks on the pillow. A few hairs inside the shower basin and the bedside light would not turn off unless I wedged some paper in between. I will attach photos.

Train noise and corridor doors banging. Issues with the lift meant walking to the 6th floor on numerous occasions

A really nice hotel within walking distance of Piccadilly train station. Really friendly reception team on check-in and check-out. Nice and spacious room with tea/coffee facilities and comfortable bed. Bathroom was less spacious but clean and the shower was nice. Ordered food on my return to the hotel in the evening which didn’t take too long to arrive, and was delicious.
No major problems.
