Perfectly located near to the station and within easy walking distance of the O2 Apollo. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great too. Staff were great and exceptionally helpful without exception.
When we first arrived there were dirty plates outside our room from a previous occupant’s room service.

The hotel itself was great and right in the middle of manchester clean and rooms and beds where comfy!!
We where staying for a family members 70th birthday collectively we spent over £2k on rooms but when we asked staff to accommodate a small area in reception one morning they where very unhelpful wouldn't even give us glasses for a toast or reserve one table also when we went for breakfast there was nothing there (i had a sausage and some beans) after paying £20 a head as a family of 5 i think they should have been better prepared!!!

Good staff ratio at breakfast meant tables were cleared quickly in readiness for next guest. The food/drinks were continually checked and replenished. Great range of offerings.

We had to evacuate as there was a suspected gas leak and the staff kept apologising x thank you to all the staff x they remained calm and organised and kept us safe x a great team effort x
This will be our hotel of choice when we visit Manchester to see my nephew x it is next to the train station and a short walk to a tram stop x super comfy beds too x

Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was great and bath tub was a great size (I’m on the larger side) so it was so nice to have a soak in the bath. Breakfast was amazing. Very nice comfortable stay.
Air con would not go below 17 and this was too warm for me. Did not feel like any air con was on.

Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Secure On site parking available behind the hotel was great.
Young male staff at reception was awful, kept insisting the room hadn't been paid for when I prepaid. Female colleague had to step in and sort. Terrible customer service from that male staff at reception.

Location is central.
Woman on the Front desk really rude and unhelpful when we checked in. Only one toilet paper in the room which was half used. Phone in the room not working, had to keep going downstairs to request things, when mentioned the issue to women at the Front desk, she didn’t even acknowledge it or apologise for the inconvinience.
