Hotel was clean and modern with extremely helpful staff.
The location was ideal being a 5 min walk into the city centre and 10 mins to our venue at O2 Apollo

Location great - parking available
Soundproofing very poor. Could hear every bit of noise from next room. Was separated by a door so unsure if this contributed to it. Very noisy all night which some of us did not need to hear

The location was great and so close to the Manchester Piccadilly Station. The staff were really pleasant and the food was great and very reasonably priced. Hotel room excellent with a city view.

First, its location is about 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station, and 15 minutes from Chinatown. The room and the bed are spacious and comfortable. Also, very good and delicious breakfast is provided. Staff are polite and cordial. The view outside our room is the platform of the train station (from a distance). At last, there is a huge sitting area for patrons.

Very Good
I had a lovely big room, the bed was comfortable and the temperature control actually worked. The bathroom was huge with a lovely walk in shower.
Check in was slow, not particularly welcoming. I had a sandwich in the bar on the last morning, it was pretty bad. The ham was the plasticky sort out of a packet, not lean, the tomato had the thick had centre still in it, and it wasn’t made with butter. The vegetable crisps were the best part.
