The room was excellent, very roomy and comfortable beds. It was super clean and the bathroom had both the option of a bath or a shower, with everything that was needed. There was a kettle, with a great selection of options for a morning cuppa.
We found it very confusing location of the restaurant, with different lifts going to different floors or stair access signage could be improved to show where the restaurant was.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you are coming to Manchester by train - just a 2 minute walk from the station. The room was lovely and recently refurbished with a great view of the station platform. I enjoyed having breakfast in my room and the coffee and 'baker's basket' were delicious. I had a package delivered and the staff even brought it up to my room for me. I was attending a conference at the hotel and the conference/meeting rooms were excellent.

All the staff members I came in contact with were absolutely brilliant, polite and very helpful! Very comfortable beds , choice of bath or one of the best showers I’ve come across in a hotel in a long long time!
Air conditioning was brilliant in the 30’ heat!
Fridge also worked for a change!
Comfortable and modern bar area!
Very easy adjacent parking and very secure!
Uber to city centre only costs around a fiver at none peak times which I thought was very reasonable
Missing the’usual’complementary water bottles for us and biscuits for the kids in the room! Breakfast was just a little disappointing even though staff seemed to work flat out to replenish had to wait for certain things.
The hot buffet was ok, but to get top marks I’d expect mushrooms and some extra items in a hotel of top standard.
Even though there was plenty of fruit, I felt it wasn’t of top quality and tasted a bit bland! The only other slight negative was that there are only two lifts for what I believe to be a large hotel

Staff on reception were exceptional.

Staff in the m lounge were great
Breakfast was poor. Too many tables in a small space. Lay out very bad. We couldn’t actually get out if our seats once sat due to other tables blocking the path. Staff at breakfast less that helpful verging on rude. Which is a shame as the other staff were all great

Great location. Friendly staff, nice room and good facilities. A very pleasant hotel.
The lifts were quite slow to come to my floor. Finding where things were like the breakfast room in the morning felt a little confusing at times. Because the hotel had so many people staying in it, breakfast in the morning felt a little frenetic for the uninitiated. But these are minor criticisms for what was an enjoyable stay.

Super close to Piccadilly train station. Very lovely welcome from a cheerful young man on reception and quick to check in. Room and ensuite a good size including a bath.
Breakfast expensive at £20 so we went elsewhere.
