The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly special. We were delighted to find thoughtful decorations in our room, along with a handwritten card, which was a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. These gestures significantly enhanced our stay and created a memorable experience. In addition, the room was impeccably clean, well presented, and maintained to a high standard throughout our visit. The excellent housekeeping and outstanding hospitality from the team contributed greatly to an enjoyable and memorable stay.
While the rest of the staff were exceptional and provided an excellent level of service, the chef preparing the omelettes in the morning was consistently unprofessional. He made inappropriate remarks to guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere and making it unpleasant to approach him to request an omelette. His conduct fell well below the standard demonstrated by the rest of the team and, unfortunately, detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

Central location
Smell, dusty, old world, very old carpets, old furniture, cracks in the shower tray, etc . Not modern at all. Its past its use by date and needs a total renovation and modernisation. I cancelled my stay for the following week as I wouldn't look forward to staying there again.
