Good
Location for the O2 was good ..not much else around about. The bathroom was a good size with a decent bath and separate shower.
2 double beds were not really appropriate for a family..I expected 1 king and 2 single (or pull outs) for the price a seofa would have been good..a room for 4 people with 2 seats and no bedside tables (one in middle of two beds none at either side) isn't ideal . The breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Wonderful
Good location, next to train station, car parking.
Friendly helpful staff, good bar.
Check in time is very late at 4pm, other hotels are usually sometime between 1 and 3pm. I’d have expected complimentary bottles of water in the room.

The room was very clean and very big,the bed was king size and so comfortable even the pillows were great, the staff were really nice , breakfast had wide variety of food the only downside was when people came in at 9.30am for their breakfast they were being told it was closed, i think that was quite early it should close about 10.30am ,we were 5 minutes walk from town centre ,would defiantly stop again, great stay
Not being able to pay cash on arrival without having to pay £100 deposit and they do not like you paying cash for drinks at the bar either.

Pleasant
Good location.
It was very dirty, lots of dust and even hair on the floor of the room and bathroom.
One of the ceiling panels by the entry door had come loose and it was very noisy especially at night.
Pillows were huge and not comfortable at all.

Pleasant
Our stay was unfortunately below expectations. We stayed for two nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. I had sent a message beforehand asking for a room with a nice view, but we were given a room facing another building instead.
The check-in experience was quite unpleasant – the man at reception couldn’t find my reservation, even though I showed him my passport, and he typed in a completely different name. There was no apology, just a room key and number, with no explanation about where the lift or breakfast area were.
The room itself was clean, but very poorly soundproofed – we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Unfortunately, our next-door guests were having what sounded like a hen party, returning around 2 a.m., so we couldn’t sleep.
It was also disappointing that, despite mentioning our celebration, there was no small gesture like a birthday card or note for my son.
Breakfast was okay – plenty of fruit, but no vegetables. It was also a bit confusing to find the breakfast room as there were no clear signs, and no one had explained it at check-in.
On the positive side, the location of the hotel is great.
On the negative side, the service was unfriendly, the rooms were noisy, and there were no small touches like bottled water in the room.
Overall, our stay was average – I expected a bit more from a hotel of this class.
