Rooms were great, spacious, Staff attentive if required.. just the overall environmental of the Hotel from location to amenities, foods , breakfast , well what more do you require ...
Bathroom lighting was a little dark....but that's the only constructive downside feedback that I can think ..so really doing amazing ..Thank you

Lovely hotel very comfortable and clean. The family room had plenty of room and everything we needed.
Location for Etihad stadium was ok but getting back in the dark was difficult although with Google maps we managed. Room service was good but we did order a Latte which never came.
We decided to have breakfast but we found that expensive at £49:00 for 2. Next time we will book it at time of booking as I believe the price is £18:00. Room was not ready at 3 pm as originally told but we were helped with this and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and sorted things promptly for us. We will definitely return in the future.

Bath very deep products amazing very thick towels and bath robe . Spa access amazing all the saunas amazing . Staff very friendly room very big .
Breakfast i ordered eggs Benedict very long wait but was offered other items from buffet while I waited.
Walk to spa is awkward to book in to go outside and really wish they had a pool or hot tub and more heated seats

Lovely comfortable beds and good sized room with great views. Breakfast was really nice too with lots to choose from. Easy access to Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again.
