Room was spacy
Some malfunctions in the room, eg rain came inside thru the window. Noisy people walked in the hallways every night till 4 am, this was really annoying. So earplugs are needed. Location was not the best possible

The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable, large tv, tea/coffee facilities, lovely bathroom. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was perfect! 2 minute walk from Piccadilly station.
The one elevator was an issue for everyone. The wait every time was a lot. The second one needed to be fixed asap.

Good location.
It was very dirty, lots of dust and even hair on the floor of the room and bathroom.
One of the ceiling panels by the entry door had come loose and it was very noisy especially at night.
Pillows were huge and not comfortable at all.

Only two lifts for reaching the room, we had to wait for a while.
I had 4 suitcases so I needed some help they told me that will wait for sometime to get the staff to my room. I decided to barrow the luggage trolley and take my luggage to my room by myself

Location is good as it situated just in front of Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.
In the washroom sink is chocked, when us wash hands water pooled in the sink quite for long. When reported to reception, a person came to see and explained its ok, i told him i have same sink at home but water never pooled in my sink. He clarified in pretty funny way that yours’ is at home and this is hotel and he left. Woww

Super close to the train station Picadilly very, very convenient.
No enforced air in the bathroom, strange....
