Very Clean. Room was Nice spacious for a City hotel. Nice options of separate shower and bath.
No Car Parking. Very hard to get to. Not safe specially for the overnight rate. Lifts were down being on the 5th floor wasn't a laughable fixed by the morning. Breakfast chef swearing and looking very upset, my small child referenced his word that was said. Probably very busy and wasn't good at organising

Very good hotel for a business stay with great facilities and friendly staff. Freddie, front of house, Luna at the bar and Kit at breakfast were particularly good
TV in the room didn't work. I was only there for a night and it didn't matter. If i wanted to i could, have called this in and i have not doubt they would have remedied it. So not really an issue

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was perfect- with a city view, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great coffee and tea in the room. The location is ideal, quiet yet not too far from the city centre, just a short walk from the station. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Manchester.
