Loction
I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your hotel.
When I arrived at the hotel,I requested a room at the front desk His Name Jashue . However, the customer representative refused my request and informed me that the hotel was fully booked. I found this surprising, as within a few minutes I was able to successfully book a room at the same hotel through an online booking agency.
After completing the reservation through the application, I returned to the same representative and showed him my confirmed booking, which was then accepted. This situation was very concerning to me, as it indicated that rooms were in fact available despite being told otherwise.
I would also like to note that I felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated during this interaction. The behavior of the staff member gave me the impression of unfair or discriminatory treatment, which is unacceptable for any guest.
In addition, upon entering the room, I noticed that some basic amenities, such as slippers and a dental kit, were not available.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that similar situations do not occur with other guests in the future. I would also appreciate receiving an explanation regarding this incident.

The location is perfect if you're looking for a quieter area of the city but still easy access to main attractions. Breakfast was good although no options for food intolerances and allergies (no to very limited gluten or dairy free options).
The room was well equipped and spacious, allowing both a bathtub and a shower. However, no complimentary water or snacks.
All in all, still a very good option for a visit of this city.
The shower water didn't drain properly, giving an unpleasant feeling of stagnant water while showering. The windows couldn't be opened (but then again, they faced the highway... so maybe that's for the best).

Excellent food, room was spacious and nice. Easy to get transportation, very close to train station and the city center.

Location was ideal. Staff were very friendly. Room was ready when we arrived and was very comfortable. Toiletries felt very upmarket and smelled lovely.
I would have liked to have seen, hot chocolate and biscuits on the beverage tray. I felt the pillows were a little
too bulky.
