The beds are like marshmallows, the shower head would not stay up and the water temperature tap was broken.

Cleaners were pointless. Barely made the bed just about put clean towels in the room. Staff were not friendly or helpful.
Gym was very basic no water machine / aircon.
Would have expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel
