Big comfortable beds. Great to have two armchairs and a table and plenty of space in our room. Excellent breakfast. Location ideal for us as we were travelling by train. Downstairs restaurant very good. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Second restaurant (Loom and Ladle) more expensive and portions rather small. Especially noticed that the same dessert as you could order downstairs was half the size but the same price.
Didn't like that there was nowhere in the downstairs restaurant that you could avoid a TV screen showing sport.

Easy check in/out, Good value and location
Breakfast was good on weekdays however on weekends I suggest going very early as it was very busy and many food items were unavailable and the buffet was left quite messy.

It was an amazing stay! The rooms were lovely and so comfortable! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is thinking about visiting!

Myself and my son stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The room was clean, large, the bed was really comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend.

Large room. Quality fittings. Comfortable bed with additional pillows. Good soundproofing from traffic noise. Staff pleasant.
Good location for our trip.
Price was competitive.
Tv didn’t work (kept turning itself off)
Limited tea/coffee/milk provided on tray. Only 3 coffee sachets for two people, but reception were able to provide supplementary supplies when asked.
