Staff were friendly, great location and my room was always kept clean.
The gym is quite outdated and the spa (sauna, steam room) costs extra. The breakfast could have also been better.

The location was perfect just a 5 min stroll from the station. The staff were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and had a lot of variety. The hash browns are a must try, and the chef was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and I got a good nights sleep.
If you needed something- like cutlery it couldn’t be brought up to you as it counted as room service, that wasn’t relaxing. The rooms are a little dated, the tube on our shower head was bent so it wouldn’t stay up and had to be held up. The cleaning wasn’t thorough, upon arrival I noticed the table in the room wasn’t clean and had stains on it. On our check out morning I planned to go to breakfast at 10am as on the weekend it finished at 11am, but apparently weekdays breakfast ends at 9am which weren’t told prior and that was very annoying
