Clean, super convenient location, nice pub with nice and helpful staff and a comfy bed. For price and location amazing and cozy.
Windows were quite thin, combined with central location means there was quite a bit of noice up til around 1am (although there was a concert at the time so it was abnormally busy). No iron / ironing board which is unlikely to be a consideration for most travelers, but worth knowing when packing and planning for trips where business is involved.

The selling point of this spot is location - extremely central for Manchester exploration.
The balcony backs up to the exhaust from the chicken shop fryer next door and it was absolutely suffocating.

Staff were incredibly nice and kind (I was upgraded to a spacious double room for free because they weren't fully booked), and the bed was wonderfully comfy. My upgraded room had a massive bathtub that I wish I had had time to take advantage of. Great and convenient location.

Location and attractions nearby all close proximity. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Room was cosy and clean. Noise was at a minimum considering it was above a pub. Felt safe and secure.
Window didn't open and also no bedside table, which would of been nice.

Super central, next to a train station, rooms are quiet, staff super nice! The bed was also really comfy. They even gave me a better room than the one I booked! Once I saw that the water didn’t work there, I talked to the staff about it, and they immediately offered me another room, that was also bigger than the one I had originally booked.
