The location was perfect. Exactly nearby to all central locations. Cannot have better than this. Lovely.

Location is great. Very convenient to all transportation.
Breakfast is significantly more expensive if you don’t book in advance. Food was average. Room was extremely tight. Bed on raised platform could cause you to trip and stub your toe. Otherwise clean.

Comfy bed.
Great location.
They charged me 15£ for early check-in even though it was past 1 pm.
The elevator was slow and made squeaky sounds; I felt unsafe using it.
Almost no soundproofing in the room. You could hear the other rooms and the street noise very clearly, which resulted in really bad night's sleep.
The balcony was not suitable for use, as the door could not be opened.

I got an upgrade to a balcony room for free ! It was very generous from the hotel ! The room is very spacious and clean with new lovely decorations, i left my wedding ring in the room after checking out and they found it and shipped it back to my home which is in UAE they are honest and helpful which you dont find this in most hotels! staff were super friendly special thanks for the twins in the reception ! Thank you for the great experience ??

The breakfast was good enough. Not a very interesting menu. I liked prepaying the night before. It seemed like a decent deal.
The room was small and poorly lit. The walls were painted a depressing green color and there was no art on the walls. The room was depressing.

Really enjoyed how close it was to Piccadilly Train Station and all the main city centre haunts. Very close to all local and national transportation. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a comfortable as possible from the moment we stepped into the hotel until we departed. Shout out to Mohamed and Ohla on reception - the dream team of hotel hospitality.
Our double bedroom was very cramped - you had to walk sideways to squeeze past the bed to reach the table or the other side of the bed.

Very good location, very comfort beds, friendly staff, fine breakfast.
We stayed in the Junior suite, it was too crowded for 3 people, we had to keep on requesting for a third set of towels (3 people 3 towels), the room was not cleaned for one day, breakfast was fine, no vegetables at all :(

Great location, great vibes, facilities are more than sufficient.
The motion sensor lights were hard to figure out. I couldn’t keep the side table light on the read, and when I used the washroom at night, all the lights came on waking me up fully! They could have done a better job with sweeping up the floor. Otherwise the rest was fine.

Wonderful
Located just around the corner from Manchester Piccadilly Station, it's easy to get to this comfortable hotel. Breakfast was reasonably priced and pretty tasty. The room was beautifully designed and the bed quite comfortable, and the shower was delightful; great water pressure.
There was an inconveniently placed column in the room. Other than that, no complaints!
