Took a long time for water to heat in shower. Parking expensive and not on site.

Friendly reception staff, comfortable room & great location.
The breakfast was really sub par, and not what we ordered. My “toasted sourdough with smashed avocado and poached egg” was plain untoasted white bread with a packet avo puree on top and a hard boiled egg. Really disappointing.

It had a balcony. That’s about it.
The beds are so hard and the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Location of hotel was amazing - 5 min walk from train station and about 10 mins to shops/bars
Price - we paid such a great rate for the 3 nights
Breakfast - only had once but great value
Room we had (130) was excellent but it was situated at front of the hotel near main entrance on 1st floor - got woken up by traffic noise as well people being noisy outside in early hours of each morning and bin men :(

Bedrooms nice, friendly at and reception
Breakfast wasn’t great. I had full English. Bacon backed and served as lump of slices, poor quality sausage, no toast, tomato was end without filling.
No tea pots or milk jugs. Milk wasn’t near tea making.

It was very clean and in a great location and all the facilities were spot on. It was lovely to have a fridge and iron in the room.
Quality coffee and tea facilities.
The only thing that was not good was that you couldn’t walk around the bed. I had to climb over my husband to get in and out.
