Excellent location near Piccadilly station. Good breakfast. Best safe in the room I have encountered, no need to crawl on the floor when operating it and big enough for a big laptop.
I was in a room that had a balcony and maybe for that reason there was no room for a proper table inside. Thus not very convenient to use laptop. Some noise coming from shower upstairs and street outside during night. At breakfast the coffee machine overfills the cup when americano was selected. The capsule coffee machine in the room did not have instructions for use.

First time staying here, and I will be back. I had a very small "cozy" room, but none the worse for that. The room was just the right temperature, the decor made it feel like you were staying in a boutique hotel, it was quiet, there was a very comfy bed and a well-designed bathroom, plus water in a fridge and good tea and coffee. Minutes from Piccadilly station.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise, made all the better for its helpful staff. I didn't have breakfast here or use the bars, so unable to comment.

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing local information. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped.
Tv picture could be somewhat erratic. Connection to WiFi could have been better displayed. Very small portion of smoked salmon with scrambled eggs at breakfast.
