The location is a mazing in the hart of Manchester. It is less than 5 min walking from Manchester Piccadilly Station. The room is ausom and the staff are kind and helpful.

Super quiet and dust free, excellent bed, excellent lighting in the bathroom, lovely breakfast, great location
No drawers to unpack into and no lights in the area of the refrigerator. Couldn't conserve on towels because there are no racks in the bathroom to dry them on.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Michaela and Olha. Rooms were compact, well designed, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Central location.
Housekeeping staff forgot to leave enough coffee and sugar one day but otherwise good.

The hotel is located in very excellent spot. Very close to all attractions. It is a walk distance from main central railway station. Room with balcony is a plus! Front desk employees are very polite and I had the chance to drop my luggage earlier than check-in time.
2 elevators are not connected where you have to order both elevators at the same time which may waste elevator usage.

Rooms are a bit tight (not spacious). Breakfast options not too vast. Not exactly 5 stars, more like 3 or 4 stars as best.

Excellent location - 3/4 minute walk from train station.
When we entered reception, the smell hits you immediately - smells fresh and clean.
Staff on reception were lovely and helpful.
Room was immaculate - really really clean.
Breakfast was gorgeous - continental to help yourself and a menu to pick from for hot food, staff equally lovely at breakfast.
Fab hotel - will be booking again

Location, comfortable, very good breakfast.
Only one thing: we arrived late, after 9pm. There was a “pizza and beer” available until 11:30pm in a flyer in the room. We went out to find something to eat, but all the kitchens were closed. So we turned back to the hotel around 10:30pm to order that pizza. Then we were told that the hotel kitchen was closed and there was no pizza. So, let the customers know the times kitchen works is good, so we can have a plan.
