Great location in the center of manchester
We stayed on the second floor, not sure if they had a problem, it smelt of damp or stale water in the corridor and room. We ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open.

Fantastic kind and helpful staff and good facilities
Breakfast was a little ‘underdone’. Most things on my cooked breakfast could have been cooked longer. Was a shame as the rest of our stay and staff were exceptional. Room great. Parking close too.

Central location, clean and comfy hotel room. Modern features and design. Nice touch of a welcome postcard wishing us a happy anniversary. Also the welcome drink on arrival was a lovely gesture. Reception staff were prompt and efficient when checking in/out. Housekeeping are very friendly and offered anything we requested i.e extra tea bags & cans of water.
Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel not restocked Poor noise cancelling windows/doors. Understandably it's a city hotel, however the noise from outside (we were on the sixth floor) was very loud, even just passing conversations sounded like they were a few feet away.
