Great location next to Piccadilly station, Friendly staff, clean hotel, bang in the centre of everything, 24/7 bar.
The breakfast was very poor for £12.50, would not recommend. Set breakfast menu and it was poor. Wasn't even any fresh Orange juice available?

The hotel is so centralised, everything is either within walking distance or there is local transport within a 2 minute walk. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful with anything that we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Good location, clean and modern rooms/facilities. V. good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Bar area a bit plain, dull and enclosed.
This was a two day business trip but we were stung price-wise for the second night because of Oasis concert. Dynamic pricing more than doubled the price of the room! Not fair.

Very good location, next to Piccadilly rail and tram station. The room was clean and overall comfortable for one person.
Although the room is modern, it is a bit smaller than expected, and if I were with another guest it would have been a bit less comfortable. Also, the elevators are outdated (in terms that each elevator is independent rather than a 'system') This causes unnecessary delays especially in busy times. Overall the hotel is good, however the value is not that good, I expected more for that price point.
