Lovely reception and bar area, very friendly and helpful staff in reception. Rooms comfy, clean and perfect for what we needed. Shout out to the female receptionist on Wednesday morning who went out of her way to get us into our room early.

Great modern feel to it, really easy to get to from the train station. Welcome drink upon arrival was delicious!

Great location for Piccadilly train station.
Breakfast was delicious.
Room clean and tidy.
Great welcome and all staff were really friendly and helpful.
Only negative is the bed does almost touch the wall, so you only have a few inches to get round to the balcony. Not a big issue as I was travelling solo but if there were two of you in the room it might have been

The balcony and brilliant staff super welcoming and accommodating.

I loved my room- quiet, stylish with a lovely view over a little canal. The coffee & tea station was great and nice toiletries

Everything was great. Room, location close to everything, breakfast, friendly staff.
The price I paid (to attend the Oasis concert) was 60% higher than the rate for the same type of room at any other time of year, which is a bit expensive. But, anyway, it was great to stay at The Reach!
