I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were at reception in welcoming us, the staff at the breakfast me and my best friend had on the Saturday it was so delicious, full of flavour and we both agreed that it was worth the price. Comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with incredible lighting, we will definitely be back next year to stay again. All in all a positive experience.
There’s nothing that we didn’t like, everything was exceptional.

Great location right near the train station and walking distance to many of Manchester's key attractions, Canal Street, and lots of restaurants. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel was overall quite nice and modern.
The staff all looked like they didn't want to be there - no smiles and not friendly at any point. They weren't unprofessional - just indifferent. Also, the room cleaning was nice but there was never the right combination of towels... the was no bath mat when I arrived, and then they gave me one the next day but took away all the hand towels. It was odd.

The staff were friendly helpful and professional. The room was clean comfortable and the facilities were good in the room. The bathroom was well designed. Lovely decor in the room and the hotel in general.
There was a lack of hanging space for towels in the bathroom but it was still a lovely bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Reach. A nice, clean room on floor 9 with a great view. Comfy bed, nice furnishings and everything you need for a weekend break
The water pipes were sometimes noisy! And noise could be heard from adjacent room

Lovely hotel, room was exceptional. Nice & cosy
Hotel itself is lovely, but location isn’t great for where we wanted to get to. We went out in Deansgate on the evenings and you have to walk through Piccadilly gardens to get there, which is very sketchy. No fault of the hotel though!

Large, well-appointed rooms with good amenities. Location close to the station.
Because we went on a Saturday there was a lot of noise from other rooms late at night.

Clean rooms, comfy bed
Lack of maintenance in the rooms, blinds falling down., doors didn't open.
Breakfast a joke dont waste your time., didn't even get what we ordered after waiting 20 mins to be seated, coffee machine did not work, even the juice container did not work.
Maintenance staff must all be in holiday!
