Lovely vibes in hotel, got a room upgrade when we checked in as I had let them know it was me and my partner’s 1st anniversary. A member of staff also brought up a free dessert and bottle of champagne to our room which was unexpected and very kind.

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional. Mohammed on check in was incredibly kind and gave lots of recommendations. Nice cocktail bar.
I liked everything but the rooms were strangely laid out, the tv was opposite the wardrobe and not the tv, which meant you couldn’t watch the tv without standing in the middle of the room.

Muhammad and Oliver on reception absolutely excellent they should definitely be working in a 5 star hotel couldn't do enough for us
After we checked out we realised almost immediately that we had both left our phone chargers we called and was fobbed off saying we would have to wait till the next day to see if a report had been logged in lost and found we rang again the same day then the next day and the lady on reception was not so nice she told us the cleaner still was not in and to call again which we did and was told there was only 1 cable wire there . Really un happy at such disgusting approach funny how just a cable was found on 1 side of the bed but on the other side neither cable or plug . Defo won't be recommending or staying in this hotel ever again . Shame on you and also bfast was awful had to send it back and still wasn't nice . I could go on but I think ive said enough...
