Wonderful
Lovely hotel close to piccadily station. The room is spotless, and the bed is so comfortable. It has everything you need, including a coffee machine. Nice touches with the wine glasses and tumbler.
We upgraded our room to deluxe for just ten pounds. I would definitely return.
Our only niggle was that some of the main TV channels don't work but it didn't matter.

Great location, wonderful view and really close to Piccadilly.
It was so quiet in the evening, especially the peaceful sound of the canal.
It hosted a couple of friends in the lobby which was very cozy to hang out in.

The only issue really was the issue with the toilet flush, it seemed a known issue but unsure why a note isn’t left to advise how to fix it or why it’s not just fixed- we were room 107

Located just around the corner from Manchester Piccadilly Station, it's easy to get to this comfortable hotel. Breakfast was reasonably priced and pretty tasty. The room was beautifully designed and the bed quite comfortable, and the shower was delightful; great water pressure.
There was an inconveniently placed column in the room. Other than that, no complaints!
