Pleasant
Gorgeous and high quality decor. Thermal village was lovely.
Found the reception staff unhelpful. Appreciate they are probably stressed out, but they seemed really dismissive and unwilling to help. The security and maintenance teams were great when I was struggling with a door lock fault over two days.

Excellent locatiion
Roof top pool was closed, information not clear when booking,(would have booked elsewhere) note mentioned indoor pool was closed not the rooftop pool, also hotel now charges for access to the thermal suite, previous visits this has been included with the booking.
However this was added as complementary due to the pool being closed.
Room didn't seem quite.as well maintained as previous visit.

Wonderful
Beautiful building and rooms, good security (can only access floors with bedrooms with your room key
Nothing bad - but we walked past the main entrance doors which just had No10 on them - there were a number of doors most of which were locked.. but the main door wasn’t very obvious..
Also in the room - the fridge was hidden behind a panel with no handle on… just a note to say where everything was would be helpful tick ✅
and kept tripping over the door bar into the bathroom which was raised about an inch.

Wonderful
Great location, lovely clean rooms, comfortable bed & amazing shower
The only downside was that the rooftop pool was closed, but these things can’t be helped and the hotel offered complementary access to the spa which was lovely

Pleasant
The main property itself was nice but the room itself (room 20), the bedroom was dark all day, poor natural light. Lack of plug sockets for drying hair etc, mirror facing the bed which was uncomfortable.
Was disappointed with the room based on photos on website etc.
In addition, pool unavailable (which we were made aware of) but also roof terrace on Thurs 28th meaning there was no where to sit and relax (room dark) which was quite frustrating.
In addition in talking to other guests understand they had received discounted room rate due to the issues where as I had booked earlier, was penalised as paid full rate.
Location wise the hotel is in a fab location
Staff were helpful and attentive
The room was very disappointing and unfortunately this did impact our stay
The bedroom as per above
Still charged full rate despite lack of amenities

Very Good
Really great service from all staff. Also I enjoyed the food I ordered through room service.
Not enough water in the room - one small bottle when it is over 30 degrees outside. Water should always be free. Also a very noisy mini bar that I could not turn off and it disrupted my sleep.
