Friendly Staff, nice hotel.
Only thing I would say is that they could do with bar staff later on in the hotel bar. The reception staff were great and offered great service but unfortunately were not able to make the cocktails that we would have liked as they were not bar staff. Other than that, fantastic hotel.

Only gripe is that the spa is just that little bit too far down the road to comfortably wander down in a robe so you have to get dressed to go and leave.

It’s a nice enough hotel the lobby is beautiful. But we payed £300 for a night and then also £130 for massages. Was told get 10% off the massages but they made that extremely difficult so we didn’t end up getting he discount and then when we arrived we were charged an additional £60 to use the towels and swimming pool even though it says guests are entitled to an hour free. Really poor service. Won’t be going again.

Great location, rooms were comfortable and clean finished to a high standard. Very nice spa facility.
Communication around spa use was cryptic and very confusing. You’re charged additionally per person when you don’t book directly with them which isn’t very clear on Booking.com. The pool is on the roof but the spa is outside in a separate building, guest are left to walk outside on a Main Street in robes which really takes away from the experience. I spoke to multiple people in two spaces who weren’t particularly clear on where to go and what to do.

The room was well decorated and the overall vibe of the room was lovely.
Very poor soundproofing in the bedrooms so we were kept awake all night by other guests. Robes in room were very tatty and need replacing.
