Disappointing
The room was clean, and it was in a good location if you want to be in the city centre
Most of the staff were so rude and not hospitable, especially one of the reception staff.
The toilet was flushing for about 10 mins before it stopped.
The bath had a funny smell, almost like faint sewage.
Had to wait so long for the elevator. The staff and guests share the same small elevator, but if a staff has a cart with food, they'll have no problems snagging the lift from you without apologising or saying anything... literally just went in and pressed the buttons, said nothing.

Pleasant
King Street Townhouse was immaculate. We stayed in a Snug Room which was perfect for the purpose of our stay as we were going out for food, shopping etc and didn’t spend overly much time in the room. The rooftop pool was also unique and a nice touch to the stay. We attended the bar on the second night of our stay and the staff member who served us was amazing and very kind.
I must say we are disappointed however on other parts of our stay. Firstly, I had called a couple of months prior to our stay to query about parking. I was told that on departure from our stay we would be given a 25% discount code and we could use that at the machine for money off our parking ticket. On departure today, we were advised that the 25% code only works if your pre-book and this is not what was advised on the phone. Therefore, we were £72 instead of £54. Very disappointing. Secondly, on arrival, we were charged £200 to our bank card as a security fee. On departure we were told this would be refunded by 5pm this evening and we still haven’t received this payment back. Thirdly, my partner had organised balloons and banners to be put in the room as a surprise for my birthday on arrival. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff member who served us told us that there was a £27 extra charge for a surprise in the room. This totally gave the surprise away and my partner was gutted. Which we then felt a bit of a waste of £27. The spa downstairs from the hotel is separate and is a surcharge of £25pp. We personally did not think this was worth it. We also were not made aware that the view from the Jacuzzi Pool upstairs was completely blocked due to construction work on the church across from this (i understand construction work cannot be helped, but this could have been explained as it was a bit disappointing on arrival into rooftop pool).

Just fab - we stayed here and the room was amazing. Location is close to everything - trams and trains. Loved it. Loved the cute breakfast and the lovely bar. The staff on the roof bar couldn't be more helpful

Good location. Complimentary breakfasts for infinity pool being out of action
Infinity pool broken and couldn't use!
Spa accessed by walking out the hotel and around the corner of the street....
Staff knocking on our door for singing in the shower....

Good location. Quiet.
Room was spacious.
Bed was big.
Pool was lovely - but small.
Pool was very small.
So hot in the relaxing areas where the pool is I think it read 35 degrees… we had to leave which was a shame.
The steam room was not in action.
The lift was unbearably slow…
We walked in through the bathroom to get to the bedroom which was slightly bizarre.
Flashing phone was annoying during the night.
