This boutique hotel was exceptional in service, style and location. The facilities in the room were great, particularly the bathroom and lighting.
The steam room and infinity pool were beautiful.
The attendants were super professional, polite and friendly. The welcome desk staff especially were well-attuned to our needs no matter what time we walked past or approached them. They even allowing us to leave bags when checking out so we could get some brunch.
Some aspects of the facilities could have been updated, or clarified. For instance the remote control was a bit temperamental, and when using the steam room area the water jug was not always full and it wasn’t easy to see where you could top up the jugs. Similarly the area with the loungers could have some minor signs to stop people claiming and not sharing.
Though overall, these were minor points, and for a long weekend break didn’t affect too much as we were not always at the hotel.

The hotel were able to check us in early which I really appreciated, the spa was quite and lovely for relaxing. Location was perfect and everything was very clean.
I thought spa (gym) was included however we booked it through booking.com so unfortunately not. (It only cost £20 for spa access PP)
